Buy it and take it home! I had it delivered. My bill for 2 plates lamb over rice [ 9.99 ea] + 1 pita [$1.50] came to $42.91. They charged 4.00 more for each plate!!!! Cheaper to pick up all the rest were tax, tip, service charge. Wilson from Uber said he delivered it. That ignorant boy passed me twice standing in front of my house waving. I immediately called the # on the order page and told her he's driving right passed me twice! He reported it delivered. Liar!! The next day I went to Farmingdale Shahs and told them He shook his head and said order from here it's buy o e get one free! I will never go to Massapequa unless I pick it up for 9.99 Sorry Massapequa the story is out!!

Portion is too small. I ordered a chicken salad, didn’t want to have too much lettuce so told her put little less but not anything else. So in my salad I got little lettuce, 3 scoops of milds(scoop is very small) and little chicken….. I visited Shah’s Halal store on Rt 110 near Walmart all was good so my complaint is only this store on Sunrise Hyw. in Massapequa.
The food is great but the service is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS on the evening shift. I ordered for pickup two chicken over rice platters and when I went to pick it up I was given someone else's order. When I went back the dude gave me attitude and asked why I said it was mine? He just handed it to me. No reason to think it wasn't my order especially when I said MY NAME. Then he proceeds to re-make my order very sloppily with an attitude and I'm sure he was talking about me to his co-worker behind my back. Next time I will be going to the Farmingdale location. What a nasty person.

Shah's in general is a good chain restaurant. However, this is by far the worst location I've been to. The employees are rude and the food is not as fresh or as tasty as the other local Shah's locations. Drive another 5-10 minutes and go to the one on Wantagh ave!!

This place is making so much money off me. Its the freshest, cheapest, fast food place thats open late with no wait time lol. Love the chicken over rice. Always on point. Just wish they didn’t run out of the oinion and pepper mix all the time. It completes the flavor but then again I come here so late at 11pm so can’t complain lol
