Baby back ribs were a bit dry. Bbq sauce had a strong cinnamon flavor.

Service, food and the overall experience is amazing. I'm a regular here and enjoy it Everytime. Smoked brisket nachos are to die for.

Smokin' Al's advertised a special from 11 AM to 7 PM during the week. We were given the standard menu which is double the price. The monster ribs were tough. Over-priced. The brisket was good, as was the service. Will not return.

The menu is not diverse. Our server Elvira only tended to my husband. She gave him four refills of his drink (ginger ale) meanwhile she didn't offer me a refill once. After I asked her for a drink, not even 5 minutes in she asked me if I wanted her to pack my alcoholic drink to go. That was quite uncomfortable. Also the man you see in the background hovers over the food and the cornbread they serve it's quite disturbing.

The takeout was terrible. Ribs were tough and a pathetic portion. Chicken was undercooked. The macaroni and cheese was made with processed cheese, cornbread from a mix, collard greens were all vinegar. $75 and we threw most of it out.

Sad excuse of barbecue. Is this what you call barbecue? The ribs were so hard and absolutely atrocious. Had no flavor and tasted like a tire off the road. The mac & cheese and potatoes are nice but this is a sad excuse of barbecue. Never coming back here ever again. Are used to come here all the time, but I will never be returning. I think I almost threw up just from eating those ribs. Can you find someone that actually is experienced in barbecue?

Waitress was very polite. The food was not as good as I remember unfortunately. My husband got the baby back ribs and mentioned to me that there wasn't a lot of meat on them. Might be worthwhile to try one of the other kinds of ribs they offer just incase. My pulled pork didn't have a ton of flavor. The best part of my meal was the mashed potato's and corn. The cornbread did not taste home made. Staff is very polite and a pleasure, but the food just didn't do it for me this time.

Ambiance very nice, service was adequate, food has been better in past maybe an off night. Good specials! Ordered chicken, ribs and sliced brisket combo with sweet fries and corn. Plenty of food huge portions . Chicken not cooked enough, sliced brisket over cooked and dried out. Chopped brisket, Cole slaw and garlic mashed was perfect. Will I go back? Yes

The takeout was terrible. Chicken was undercooked. The ribs were tough and a tiny portion. The macaroni and cheese was made from processed cheese, cornbread from a mix and the collard greens were all vinegar. $75 and we threw most of it out.
