I love Sobol and have never been to this location. It was okay. I got a classic acai bowl with everything on it. Most of the strawberries weren't fresh unfortunately. I'm thinking that they had been frozen and thawed out. They were squishy and tasted bad. I was disappointed because every time I have gone to Sobol in my town the fruit is perfectly fresh. The rest of the bowl was okay. The smoothie part was frozen with big ice crystals in the middle which was weird. I'm wondering if they premake them, freeze them, and then let them sit out to thaw. It took the girl maybe 15 seconds to make, which seemed really fast and made me think it was premade.

There bowls are being prepared with way less granola than months ago. The are not made consistently each time I purchase. Guess another business is being cheap and cutting corners. Probably find a new place now.

Much like the review from Djkitty 2 months ago, I experienced a bowl that was practically all ice yesterday. We got the spirulina bowl. I tried to excuse the ice as it was the end of the night and my boyfriend and I had ordered right before closing. However, I am sad to see I am not the only customer to experience this. I would definitely like to see this solbol improve their acai bowl texture as an icey acai bowl is painful on the teeth and loses its flavor. Otherwise the peanut butter and granola toppings were great.

This used to be my favorite solbol spot but after today i never really want to return. Normally i get half green and half acai with no granola. I was denied and charged as extra acai when i still wanted the same amount in the cup. I settled for green, no big deal i guess just not what i wanted and always get. when i recieved it it wasn't even edible. Like ice in a cup. I have had my bowl in the heat for 30 min in my car heater and their is still ice chuncks. It just put a big damper on my day. If you want an acai bowl now i would suggest any other location unfortunately

Best Açaí bowl I’ve ever had! The açaí & granola tasted great, the fruit was sweet and very fresh. I was impressed with the variety of selections offered. We tried a waffle with cookie butter and it was excellent. Great selection of healthy and caffeinated drinks & juices. The nitro coffee was good choice. The staff was very friendly, helpful and fast. This is a 5⭐️ establishment and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely love SoBol. Best Acai bowls I've ever had and everything is always very fresh and delicious. They give good portions of everything and it is on average price of other Acai bowl places. My favorite place to get a healthy quick meal, especially in the summer.
I come to this location for acai bowls at least 3 times a week. I will have to go to the Lindenhurst or bethpage location from now on because EVERY TIME I come in here the staff completely ignores my existence. At first I thought it was due to being busy & allowed them an extensive amount of time to acknowledge me but after going twice this week with it primarily empty and the staff constantly servicing the person behind me I’ve decided I can use my dollars elsewhere. This has happened on multiple occasions with different staff. I understand the demographic of the community in which you are located, however, my money is just as green, even if my skin is black. Today I asked the staff is there a specific way that I should be picking up my order in order to not be ignored, after an interesting glance at the other staff there, She stated she just didn’t see me . I laughed off her answer & thanked them. Although I hope this is an isolated incident and not the way this location is run, I’m just not convinced. Customer service should be shown to all customers , right ?

I had a mango pineapple classic bowl. It was delicious with fresh strawberries pineapple mango. Coconut blueberries granola honey I will definitely be back to try all the different bowls.

Ordered a bowl with 2 scoops of cookie butter. Got no scoops and paid a extra $1.50 a scoop… Gets 1 napkin with my meal also . Ordered a can drink which was busted up also

Wow! What an extremely delicious açaí bowl! I took a chance and ordered on grub hub, five minutes before they stopped taking orders. I figured they may not accept the order, but so so appreciate that the order was made so quickly and delivered way earlier than the delivery time. Sometimes other açaí bowls from other places are watery when delivered, but this bowl was perfect in consistency. I dislike when places that sell açaí pack all the ingredients on the top. SoBol layered everything so nicely and didn't cheap out on toppings I requested. The taste of this açaí, outstanding! Overall, thank you for accepting my order 5 minutes before you closed and I will be a returning customer for sure, and promise I won't order 5 minutes before your closing LOL. Thank you thank you for a great experience!

Best location if you want to receive what you paid for. Other locations make errors often and rip customers off by not even adding the minimum amount blend and fruit, etc... before add-ons essentially charging the customer for add-ons they don't receive. They don't read special instructions very well and you will not receive what you asked/paid for. Ordering at the Massapequa Park location I NEVER have any issues. If I did it was I think a one time mistake and they fixed it immediately. Kudos!
