Below average food, chicken slammers too sour with no flavor, couldn’t even finish and Grilled chicken breasts had no taste with hard edges. Mac n cheese was way too runny, like watery cheese, left our food just like that. Super disappointing!

I went to lunch with my husband… Expecting a nice lunch.… The grilled chicken Sandwich was so hard and disgusting. My five year old could’ve cooked it better. I don’t know how a restaurant can get away with this the french fries were raw… I would never even recommend this place. It doesn’t even deserve a star.Dietary restrictions: Better cooked food… Hire a real chef

Wish I could give this location less than one star to be honest. I came here with my family for a quick bite on a Friday night because Fridays used to be one of our favorite chain fast food restaurants. Idk if it's all of the Fridays locations but this Massapequa one has definitely declined in taste, service, and ambience. First red flag should've been that this place was basically empty on a Friday night, secondly, the food was actually awful. The broccoli slaw literally had brown bits in it and tasted like it was almost spoiled and the crispy tuna (silly me for thinking it might be decent) was atrocious...not even sure it was real tuna. Everything tasted old and no one came at any point to clean any of the garbage, old plates off the table. We just sat there with our appetizer plates, dirty napkins, wipes, etc. the whole night until the check came. To top it all off the prices have obviously gone up but the food has gotten worse. It's a real shame that we are witnessing the downfall of a chain but I hope it can be saved. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. We had a lovely server but everything else was negative.

Absolutely awful. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. First off, the onion rings were over cooked and burnt but ok, that was just an ad on to the order that I didn't pay for. Now let's move on to the chicken sandwich. Now, I have heard people say that "You could deep fry a boot and it would taste good". Of course, that's meant in jest but damn ... I'm pretty sure a deep fried boot would have been better then this chicken sandwich. I asked for the Nashville Hot Sauce on the side because I didn't want the sandwich too too spicy. When it came out, I took a bite from the chicken sandwich and it was so dry that I had to sip my beer while I was eating it, just to get it down. After making sure it wasn't too hot, I poured almost the whole Nashville hot sauce on the chicken then took another bite. Still could barely get it down. I asked for mayonnaise for the sandwich. I could not believe how dry it was. Must have been in the dryer for 10 minutes. I had to use 3/4 of the Nashville sauce, along with all the mayonnaise just to get it down. Probably should have complained but I had already sent a beer back because the tap was dead and didn't want to seems like on of the grumpy old men, especially considering the shirt I had on. In summation, I can not recommend this tgi Friday to anyone. Come for the happy hour ... maybe some apps ... but I wouldn't get a meal here. If the cook can't fry a chicken cutlet properly, what can he do? Im sure the pasta dishes are delicious... NOT. I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future. I would suggest you do the same.

It's been a while and the bartender wasn't it. The best dish is the string beans by far.

Food was over cooked and nasty. Now I know why all TGI Friday restaurants are all empty, I will never comeback.

We ordered a family bundle which was supposed to feed 4-6 people. We received 2 servings of mashed potatoes and 1 small individual salad. I cannot believe we received what we ordered and paid for. The ribs, chicken and broccoli we received were all very good. It’s a shame they shorted us on the sides… the food was good but not enough sides!!!
