I asked for no ice and the girl(working on Saturday morning) who works there gave me an attitude and rudely placed my drink on the counter. How is ‘no ice’ a problem?

The employees were very kind, and I always love getting a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I got the chocolate truffle smoothie and it was very tasty!!I would highly recommend coming here

I had a great time here with my wife. The cafe was clean, the staff were so nice, specifically Maddie and Cindy. I had to get their names before I left. I had a hard time choosing a smoothie and they helped me so much. They also made the smoothie and food super fast. Thank you so much to those girls

Not professional at all. All kids working here. I waited 20 mins for anyone to even notice I was standing here. They were all outside smoking. Very disappointing.

Worst Tropical Smoothie experience I’ve ever had! The smoothie was terrible. The wrap wasn’t cut in half, was missing vegetables and was the smallest wrap I’ve had at TSC. On top of that, they didn’t even put a straw in the bag or napkins. Do yourself a favor and go to Hicksville..you won’t regret it!

Hate leaving 1 star reviews. But I just got the worst smoothie I've ever had from this location. How you going to give people smoothies and not blend them?! Lol, waste of money. Anything but smooth ?

Who ever works here at 4:25 on Tuesday 1/17/23 are horrible. These two girls sit here and talk while I’m waiting 25 minutes for one sandwhich with no one else in here. Even worse than that is they dropped the sandwhich and looked to see if I saw. The only reason I left a star is because they can follow instructions and make a good smoothie.
