I was in the mall early Sunrise Massapequa ..the upstairs Kiosk ( they have 2 in that mall) ..the guy was loading some pretzels into the heat bag to bring some downstairs to the other annes.....i was shocked ..the inside of the bag was disgusting it was old it was dirty i told him thats unacceptable ..the inside wasnt even cleanable it was so scrapped up ..thats how people get food poisoning
The server didn't even use gloves to give me pretzel sticks and looked gross I was very disgusted by the service I received I am not buying AA ever again.

No matter when you come they NEVER have mini pretzel dogs or fresh product. This mall is a ghetto waste of space. Got a pretzel dog and it was f****** gross

Oh my goodness. You can't get a worse pretzel. They insist on over making pretzels and then selling to you hours later. Even if you ask for a fresh one, they will not. They sit on that steam table so long they dry out and get hard. They need some management but none around.

The pretzels are tasty, yes. Although, they don't usually have fresh pretzels. Also, the coupon that auntie Anne's corp sends via email or website... If you try using this one here it's almost as if they don't believe it's real and have to get their boss to approve it via the cameras. I mean, makes sense in one way. But when I have a coupon that is marked by the company with a good ex date, shouldn't that be enough? Lol weird, but okay. I mean this place is okay. The employees work hard and probably don't get paid much for it. But I wouldn't recommend these auntie Anne's to anyone or go there myself. I haven't had an experience worth going back for.
