The staff can’t follow simple directions and don’t even know what forms of payment they take. they kept repeating american express? american express? when i was paying with my apple pay and i asked them if they took apple cash and they said yes. they gave me my bagel which i asked to be toasted; cold. it felt like it came out of the refrigerator. i was very disappointed that i spent my money here because the bagels are not worth it at all.

Was driving by and interested in finding a bagel and spotted Taco Town sign and then Bagel Wagon so made quick turn and headed in and to me it was completely a bagel store as that is what I was looking for. Didn't dawn on me until I was leaving that it was one establishment for both purposes. Makes sense as time of day does shift the what to eat!Great selection of cold drink options which I wish every bagel store had. The service and love was really quick and the place and people working there seemed very nice.Will keep an eye out when I'm in the area again and check my watch and decide whether I am in a bagel or taco mood!

Waste of money. Substandard food. No decaf pot of coffee up to get free coffees with sandwich. Owner doesn't speak good English. Ordered 2 eggs and cheese on bagels. Bagels taste like stale bread. Cheez whiz goop on 1 egg, not 2. The reviewers on Seaford next door were either fake or stupid who said this place was good. We were starved after coming home from beach so we ate this mess. We were still hungry when done. Self serv coffee machines out of order for frozen coffee. Summary: This place is a big-ol-mess and will be out of business soon, the sooner the better!!!

Our fault for not counting, but we had a coupon for 6 free bagels. When we got home, there were 5 in the bag. I called BW & requested to get the bagel the following week, when I was closer to the area. I was told I had to come back that same day bc "we won't remember". It's getting really tiring of all these businesses that make mistakes (2 other reviews I wrote come to mind) & it costs me MY time & gas.
