Soggy buttered bagel wasn’t even toasted I actually handed the bagel back to ask them to toast it but it was placed in the microwave instead. The hot chocolate was basically watered chocolate. I just wasted $4.98. And if I could give a 0 to this place I would. I work down the road and I’m letting my office know to avoid this place like covid.Also garbage flowing outside of the bin. Maybe increase the workers wages or train them in food preparation/production.

This store needs to be inspected and inspected fast!!! Disgusting! Garbage all over, coffee spilt on the floor, the workers just standing around looking at their phones. We ran out!! Would never order food from such a dirty establishment.

Ordered a 9” cake when I arrived it was 6” they were nice enough to give me another cake. Although I went home with two cakes, when I cut it open it was chocolate not vanilla like I had ordered.

Great ice cream! I always get my wife cookies and cream from here and she loves it! This place has such nice people. If they make a mistake on your ice cream they always make sure they correct it. Great condiments as well.

Just dropped in for an ice cream cone. What a rip off. They had the nerve to charge full price for this miniscule amount of ice cream. Save your money! There's barely any sprinkles either.

Would give 0 stars if I could. One worker behind the counter working extremely slow, and another younger worker sitting and chatting with friends. I've been here multiple times and they are constantly out of popular flavors and always have poor slow service. I'd advise to go elsewhere, 711 has more flavors than this "ice cream" place.
