I arrived 9:15 on Sunday I know they said online they close at 10pm after sitting waiting for service I approached the bar because no server attended . When I went to the bar asked about ordering ..she said the dinning room was closed and that if we wanted to order it the kitchen closes at 9:45. At the 9:29 The bartender came back hastily asking if we knew what we wanted to order because the kitchen is closing and asked to take out menus. Food came out in 2 mins the Cajun Rice and shrimp .. Shrimp had no season it’s like they threw it in the rice and mixed it in … If it’s not a wedns .. don’t bother coming…. Go TO OCEANSIDE

Came to pick up food on January 10th and ordered 117 dollar worth of food. Everything was great except the chicken wings they were horribly burned and so burned that they were dry.
I called the restaurant but it rang and no one picked up so I left it alone.
I came back today at 8:45pm and ordered more food and talked to the front desk person about it. After asking 21 questions and me providing her with proof she said there’s nothing that she can do. She also said it was impossible and it sent happened. Why would I lie about some so minuscule.

The food here is absolutely amazing—some of the best I’ve had! The calamari, shrimp, and the huge entrée were all SUPER GOOD. However, my experience was dampened by a few issues. They charged us a gratuity fee, which is ridiculous for a table of fewer than six people. On top of that, they don’t accept Apple Pay, which was super inconvenient. I only noticed the sign about this after we finished eating, which added to the frustration. Great food, but the end-of-meal experience left a lot to be desired.

Food was good, very attentive and accommodating servers. Even though I am not particularly into sea food, i did enjoy the meal as did the party I was with. I would go back. If u like seafood, you may even rate them higher than I did?

Parking: Small free parking lot and street metered parking.

Kid-friendliness: Good. young kids ate and played at our table/ booth like set up

my lobster mac and cheese was burnt. not to mention there was a fat piece of lobster in it, and was cold. the calamari was mid. i never seen someone mess up calamari. then the employees were watching my friends and i the wholeee time. it was very uncomfortable and we didn't feel wanted. the seafood boils were ultra salty yet there was hardly any sauce. never will come here again.

Decided to Uber Eats Ben's crab, thinking it was coming from Uniondale but it came from the Valley Stream location. Never been to this one before and quite frankly I'm doing away with the whole franchise.

I ordered two orders of the 1 pound snow crab legs that came with one corn and one potato. Both orders are requested garlic butter, one mild and one no spice. Received my order and only one order came with sauce in the bag and one order with the sauce on the side. Call to confirm which was which because they didn't label either one. I found that odd because why wouldn't you put both in the bag with the sauce?

I proceeded to crack open my five-year-old order, and the first two legs had no meat at all. I get to the third leg and noticed that the meat was sticking to the shell meaning it was overcooked. Authentic decide to open my bag, which didn't have the sauce and two legs were missing off the cluster. Then proceeded to crack open the first two legs and low,and behold one was missing meat and again the meat was sticking to the shell meaning it was overcooked.
At this point, I'm livid and I called the restaurant. The woman that answered the phone tells me sometimes it's like that. When I go to sit down and eat my crab legs, I don't experience this. Waiting for an apology I didn't get one. I then asked for a manager and the manager tells me to contact Uber Eats for a refund. Still no apology or empathy. $60 for disappointment is crazy.

I definitely contacted Uber Eats and showed them pictures and received the refund. I just feel when it comes to takeout with Bens crab. You don't get the same quality of food as sitting down. I've washed my hands with all locations at this point.

We arrived at 830pm on a Friday night and were seated within 10 minutes! On the right they have a bar with music and it was jammed packed. People looked like they were having a great time as the DJ was playing awesome music. On the left is the sit down for dinner etc. The service was fast and friendly. The food was good and great portions for the price. The margaritas were $12 each and they don’t skimp on the liquor! Overall dinner for two with drink, appetizers and main course was about $85 which is reasonable in my book! I highly recommend the Cajun shrimp as it was seasoned well and came with potatoes and corn.
