My husband ordered a cake for my birthday the other day. 2 days in advance like suggested. When he went to pick the cake up today it was the completely incorrect cake. They told my husband they couldn't make the one he had ordered. They offered him 5 dollars off. The cake was ordered 2 days in advance for a reason, not to have money taken off or be given the wrong item.

It's always great to experience Carvel whenever we are on Long Island. This one has friendly staff and is efficiently run. The soft serve as always is great!

So I get off work at 10pm and drive to this carvel because is says it closed at 10:30pm, I get there at 10:24 to see about 6 people behind the counter I try to enter, and the doors are closed and all 6 people look at me and one guy gives me a hand gesture saying no they are closed which to me is bad business I had 6 mins and all I wanted was some ice-cream sandwiches out the freezer which would've taken less than 2 mins to ring up but apparently they were more concerned about just hanging and chatting for the last 6 mins instead of doing thier jobs I saw them turn off the lights and leave one by one at 10:30pm.... this I why I stick to my ice-cream shop I normally go to because they actually live up to their closing time this is false advertisement let your customers know u close 6 mins before closing time if that is the case because I'm very upset wasted my time and gas and they could've helped me but chose not to.
I've been going to Carvel my entire life. If you ask me, I'll tell you their ice cream cakes have only gotten better over the years. The perfect combination of vanilla and chocolate ice cream with chocolate crunchies. There are many ice cream cakes out there. Carvel has the best!

The best customer service experience we have had in a while! Had a personal call from the owner and he was so understanding, kind, and apologetic for a minor mix up that happened in store. This business is true to its word and honest! We love carvel. This is by far the best one on the island. Such a genuine guy!!!!!!

We went late and I ordered a cookie dough ice cream. I received soft serve vanilla, tried to explain to the employee who told me that "it's soft serve cookie dough" which doesn't seem to exist. One bite was consumed and no compromise was had in the form of replacement or refund and I didn't want to make a scene so I'm leaving this review. Visited 11/4/22 at 21:45.

Always fresh and the last birthday cake I bought there the handwriting was so impeccable I couldn't believe how neatly the guy wrote lol.
This place has a bad habit of closing early like many carvels around this neighborhood.
