Why have the google page say you open at 10am on Saturday and not have anyone there at 10am on Saturday. Just seems like bad business. 10:13 and counting. Still nobody.

If I could give the ice cream five stars and the employees one, I would. There is a young lady that works in there that has the nastiest face on every time she asks you for your order. She will never put whipped cream on anything and if you ask for it she rolls her eyes with disgust. I can’t imagine how the owners of this Carvel would allow somebody so sour to run their customer service. It is horrible and I will never be going back here. I’ve given them many chances but the girl that works there is horrible. The ice cream is definitely a plus but the she always messes up the orders and pushes you out the door . There is a young man in there which I will not be saying anything disrespectful about him. He seems embarrassed to be working with her.

I tried to make a purchase today, January 3rd, and was told by staff that they do not accept digital gift cards. I went to another Carvel where they did accept it.

I was overcharged just because I asked for extra chocolate crunchies. I went on a Wednesday for buy one get one free. My husband and I ordered soft serve ice cream and I asked for extra chocolate crunchies as a topping. Also, I purchased a cup of chocolate crunchies. When I went to pay I was told it was $15.09. The large cup of ice cream was a little over $8.00. I asked how much was it for the cup of chocolate crunchies and was told it was $4.99. There was no sticker price on the cup. I explained that I only pay $4.75 at the Copiague location. The person serving me claimed that she gave me $3.00 worth of extra crunchies on my ice cream. I wasn’t offered a receipt. Very disappointed in being overcharged. Please be aware of pricing when you go in so you are not charged whatever the server feels like charging. Unfair practices going on.

I am not one to write reviews typically but I felt obligated to after visiting this Carvel the other day. Not only is the ice cream fantastic as it always is at Carvel but the service is impeccable at this location. The blonde girl behind the counter was incredibly polite and helpful. She had a smile on her face the entire time she was serving my group and even though it was super busy, she made our ice cream wonderfully and efficiently. Would highly recommend and whoever is running that Carvel ought to give that girl a raise because she deserves it! Bravo!

Service in this place is summed up with one word, RUDE. Walked in to make a purchase for my family and we were greeted with the nastiest look by the employee behind the counter, as if we had annoyed her with our presence. Was clearly bothered by our order of shakes, which is on the menu, so nothing out of the ordinary. Drops my wife’s shake because we dared to ask for whipped cream. Just to be clear, Everytime we’ve gone in there and this certain employee is working, it’s the same thing, greets you with a dirty look and makes it clear you are a bother to her.

I ordered online from this carvel 4 times and each time, my order was incorrect and the staff was extremely rude. This location is ran by young kids and no manager is ever on site. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future

The woman working here is exceptionally rude. I’ve been there a few times, and it’s always the same. This is a great product, and it should be a pleasant experience, but it’s not. This person is representing your business. If their not treating customers well, and they don’t want to return - then you’re loosing business.
Nothing compares to Carvel ice cream & I've been a regular customer all of my life. This particular Carvel though has amazing employees, my suggestion though is to go at night to see them if you can ?❤️.
