Today I placed an order for this location through my app. Order was “apparently received” after waiting like 30-35 mins a DoorDash driver called me to advise that this spot was closed and rapidly went ahead and cancelled his ride. I kept calling to see if anyone would answer the phone at Charleys but nobody did. I had no choice but to contact DoorDash customer service for them to automatically cancel my order. If they’re closed, why would they accept orders?

Online says they close at 7 pm, got there 6:33 guy says they are closed . I asked why does it say they close at 7 on line he says no the mall closes at 7 we close at 6:30. Clearly just lazy

The people that open on Saturday have no idea what they are doing they do Not know how to open like turning on grill and oil for frys went today around 11:30 and was served ice cold frys tried talk to young man and he did Not understand what I was talking about finally he got it and gave me hot frys .
This spot obviously knows how to treat their customers. Regularly with a kind demeanor. The food is fairly priced, constantly fresh and neat.

This restaurant is my preferred one. I visit many restaurants but to this restaurant I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very attentive and the cooking they offer is so appetizing. I never decline to have a nice meal in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

I wanted to order a combo and get a 54 cent side of cheese they didn't speak a drop of English and tried to charge me 3 dollars the fries came with it they were trying to charge 2 times for fries
