TERRIBLE! Being managed sooooo poorly!! Workers are not being trained properly! Wrong order EVERY TIME! Either missing something or the drinks are not made correctly!!!! Wew have to drive all the was to Seaford (Merrick Rd.) to have things done right!!!

There is such a lovely young lady who works mornings there. I think her name is Elaina (spelling ?). She is so friendly, courteous and works non stop. DD is so lucky to have such a wonderful person working for them.

omg ew. not only is it so freaking gross in there (which should have been the first red flag to not spend a dime here), the worker working on 6/16 was so rude and handed me a drink that wasn’t even mine. there was no one else in the store and she didn’t announce any name so i’m really confused as to why she thought it was cool to catch an attitude with me because she had to go and remake that drink for someone else. not my fault i was literally the only person in the store and was handed the wrong drink. the male cashier didn’t give us our change back so when we asked the same lady to help us with that, she copped an attitude again. like do we need to do your job for you too?

This store is always understaffed, long wait times, machines out of service, mobile app not working for this location! It's conveniently located down the street from my office and my whole office refuses to go to this location, we are willing to drive 3 miles away for good coffee. I ordered medium coffee light and sweet coffee and dark and bitter with no liquid sugar and hardly any milk. I went back inside because I know now that I must taste the coffee before I leave the parking lot to ensure that I'm satisfied and yet again I was not. I head back inside and let them know that the order is wrong. She adds sugar only and gives me the coffee. HIGHLY UPSET!

Soo I stopped coming here awhilee ago because no one knew had to make an iced coffee with 1 milk/little milk… (you’d think that’s pretty simple right?) I just recently came by here a few times in the AM during the week & it’s new employees since I last have been here. There is usually a blonde girl there that definitely is a hustler. She’s always on top of her game & I haven’t had a problem with my ice coffee. She’s always trying to get peoples orders out asap (as this location is pretty busy, there is usually a line in the AM) . She deserves a raise & some better helping employees! Hard to find hardworking people like her.
