The people who work here are extremely rude and don't know how to make coffees. Some staff are especially rude and have attitudes towards customers. One of my colleagues was mocked after she gave her order. Extremely unprofessional. Every time I come here my coffee takes like water downed sewer water. Please teach them how to make a proper coffee.

I ordered a latte for curbside pickup because I had my sleeping, sick baby in the car (we had just come from urgent care). I waited outside for 30min while I saw new customers coming in and out. I called, they said "When it's ready we will bring it". We're talking about one drink! After 35 min I went in to cancel my order.

I came in and wanted a peach sunshine with lemonade and the lady helping me said she couldn't do it. I said okay then asked if I can have green tea in it. She questioned me as if I was stupid then said she couldn't do it. I had to switch up my order to a strawberry dragonfruit and finally she made it, but turned out too be way too sweet. I don't understand why it was so hard to add lemonade in my drink. I still don't know if they were out of it or what but simply communicate. I won't be returning

The staff is so friendly and amazing! I came in with my special education high school class and they were talking to my students and offered them free donuts. This place is also very clean and the donuts were very fresh! Thank you to this amazing staff for being so welcoming to my group, it’s hard to find

I just started using the charging station right next to this DD location 2x a day. I'm a ride share driver. I visit DD twice a day. Not anymore! That's about $100 or more loss of sales from me. Your loss! All because you refuse a PAYING customer restroom use. And on top of that, catching an attitude from the staff. There are plenty of other choices around you to spend my money.Might even stop visiting other DD's altogether....And a note to this location! If you have a non working bathroom (which I'm sure is working) and you have a seating for food consumption, you are in violation of the board of health. Maybe a visit from them would help you!
