I've lived in Massapequa for almost a decade and had this place for the first time about a week ago.I can honestly say I've been messing up the last 8 years by not coming here. Not only was the food fresh and flavorful, both owners who were present at the time were shinning examples of everything that customer service and hospitality should be! From casual conversation to attention to detail while preparing my order it was a very delightful experience.This establishment is following true restaurant science which is exactly why my Second visit was already decided during my first.

I recently visited Kai Poke, meeting Jake, one of the owners.I had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious poke bowl, made with fresh fish and ingredients. The store has a welcoming, clean and friendly atmosphere.Jake is such a nice person, who cares for his community and his customers. I highly recommend visiting Kai Poke! You won't be disappointed!

This particular Poke spot is just ok… decided to give this one a shot based off the mainly positive reviews and amount of stars and boy was I disappointed. The actually food was bland even with the toppings and sauce compared to other Poke locations. The customer service was the same as the food. Felt very rushed the moment you walk in. Plenty of tables and seats.

Was running late to day and was hoping to get some pokè. It was completely closed. Hours on here are wrong. These are from google. But seriously they close soo early on Saturday and aren't even open on Sunday. This place was so good! I will definitely be coming back! I was very impressed with the quality of the fish and the serving size. I loved being able to make my own bowl but they also have a few suggestions if you get overwhelmed by too many choices. You can even swap out stuff in/out of the suggested bowls at no charge. It was pretty empty when I went but it was also midday on a Monday, so I'm assuming that's why. The staff was nice, friendly, patient and polite. It reminded me of a chipotle but for poke bowls, and with much better quality food. Definitely a great option for lunch if you want something quick but delicious and healthy.
