So me and my girlfriend came here for a late lunch/early dinner on Sunday, February 18th 2024 (around 4:30pm-5pm). She has been to the other location in the past, and had a very good experience. So she thought hey why not try the other location. Since this is my first time trying this place I like to get a variety of things to try. All in all we spent about $95 on food. And upon the time there it was really good. But let me tell you, I was not aware of the repercussions.Before I get into this I just want to put on the record we didn’t eat ANYTHING all day before or after Lazy Lobster this day.We finished our food and were decently pleased with how delicious the food was. But unfortunately we not ready for the ride we were about to experience. Around 1am (February 19th 2024) I woke up from my sleep with extreme stomach pains. I didn’t walk, I RAN to the bathroom and it was almost as if a bomb went off in there. After I finished my business I got up and immediately started throwing up. I didn’t think anything of it that it might’ve been the food until I woke up to the exact same issue. I called my girlfriend who told me she keeps running to the bathroom with the Exact same issues going on. I have not been able to eat or drink anything all day (February 19 2024) as my body along with her body can’t keep it down. I went to the hospital because I couldn’t take it any more and wanted to know what was wrong. Turns out I have food poisoning. I’m extremely upset because the prices at Lazy Lobster are not cheap so food poisoning was the last thing I wanted/expected.So to anyone that is considering going here please be aware that the food is pretty good but you might not be able to keep it down and you might even need medical attention like I did.

I was so excited to try the lobster roll based on other reviews. It was a family celebration, so I wasn't able to take a picture but this was the absolute skimpiest, least lobstery lobster roll i have EVER had! If we had eaten it there instead of taking out, I would have sent it back. It was tasty, but less than half the amount of lobster for a lobster roll anywhere else locally with similar price. My mom's shrimp "po boy " was a hamburger roll with literally 3 shrimp on it, not a hoagie type sandwich that is what a "po boy" should be. So disappointed

Man working ignored us then said I probably couldn't have my EXTREMELY well behaved Service dog there several times then made phone calls to find out about it.He talked me out of getting can /bottle beverage for fountain soda even though another guy was there draining and REMOVING the system !!Food was marginal and overpriced.I'll never go back there.

I wanted to love this place, but I was so disappointed with the quality of their lobster roll. I ordered a cold one (with mayo, not butter). The roll wasn't fresh, tasted stale and the amount of actual lobster meat they put on there was so minimal for the cost, I was really surprised (not in a good way). The taste of the lobster mixed with the mayo in my opinion wasn't amazing, I thought it could have been much tastier. I had ordered the corn as a side but wasn't too keen on how it was prepared, corn kernelsfried up in a pan, instead of a corn cob grilled. Unfortunately given my experience, I don't think I'll be back as there are definitely way better places in long island for a good lobster roll.

The Cajun lobster roll had just the right amount of heat and was very tasty. Full of lobster meat. Would definitely go back if I am in the area

Food is very good. Prices are what they are like every where else. Lobster Roll very good and had a special on Mondays Lobster Roll only 22$. Think it's over not sure give a call. Service is right up there with the best, and they prepare everything in front of you.

What a hidden gem! We walked in a little skeptical from seeing the shabby shopping center and the small storefront. The inside is very nicely set up. There's a counter right at the front where you order. If you order in, they bring the food to your table. We got two lobster rolls and a fried shrimp sandwich. We liked the hot bayou butter lobster roll over the classic cold original lobster roll, but both were very good. The slaw that came on the side was also very good, felt fresh and refreshing and not too heavy or too sweet like most store-bought slaw. The shrimp sandwich was delicious as well. The fried shrimp was cooked perfectly, sweet and crunchy but not chewy. The sweet buns that the sandwich came on was also delicious. I felt it was on the pricier side, even with the Monday $22 roll special, but the portion was not skimpy. The lobster was fresh and delicious, which is what matters the most. I wish the storefront was a little bigger because it really seems like a good summer hangout spot, just grabbing a drink and some great seafood. Can't wait to return and try other things on the menu!

Delicious lobster roll. They offer the lobster rolls three ways. Grilled mahi sandwich was excellent. Flaky fish, nicely seasoned. Good coleslaw and fries too. They offer weekday specials. Monday lobster rolls are currently $22. Taco Tuesday, Wacky Wednesday and Thrifty Thursday all offer a different menu item. This was our first visit but we’ll be back!

Great little place to go - I had the Connecticut Lobster Roll it very good and buttery. We also had the panko crusted fried shrimp and the fish tacos. Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. I will definitely be going back.
