My parents and I recently moved to Nashville, TN and I usaully don’t leave reviews, but I have been craving Mario’s like crazy. I remember coming to the family-owned restaurant ever since I was a little kid and have never been disappointed. My absolute favorite pizza in the whole world is the grandma slice. Fresh tomatoes, parm, and an awesome crust. Also love the fried zuc, riceballs, rigatoni florentina, penne ala mario, ziti pizza, and volka pasta with prosciutto. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. This place is constantly mentioned in my family, even though it has been a while since we have moved. Note: take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Even though located in NY, some people aren’t used to traditional (semi) sweet marinara that you get from freshly crushed tomatoes.

No offense to the GREAT food we have in this neighborhood-but this Mario's on Broadway in Massapequa has the BEST meatballs in town, great price always consistent. Great salads also. All around an awesome pizzeria. Customer service always on point, take out, dine-in or delivery-TERRIFIC job there. Very good at what that do :) This location 5 stars from me all day!

Tonight I ordered pasta, eggplant, calamari and pizza and all were absolutely delicious! I have to admit I was awful on the phone trying to place my order and the girl was extremely patient and even tho I kept changing my mind, she was so patient and kind to me. In addition, she got my entire order right in spite of my constant changing of my mind (order). Food and service is definitely 5 stars!
