I booked on open table for 6 people to celebrate my birthday and my boyfriend's birthday. We got there and the restaurant was “closed”. Why would it take our reservation if it was closed? It ruined our birthdays because it was Saturday night at 7pm and we didn't have another reservation to go to.

BRAZILIAN BARBECUE MEANING WAITSTAFFCOMES AROUND WITH MEAT ON A SKEWER. DIFFERENT KINDS OF STEAK, CHICKEN, RIBS SAUSAGE. EAT AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE. THERE IS ALSO A BUFFET WITH SOME HOT FOOD SUCH AS SHRIMP. CHICKEN STROGANOFF AS WELL AS DIFFERENT POTATOES. ALSO COLD SALADS. FOOD IS DELICIOUS AND PLENTIFUL. WAITSTAFF IS WONDERFUL I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The service was amazing, the food was amazing, but my reason for a 4 star is due to the service charge. The service charge is separate from tip. The was service was incredible and we were going to give great tip ( only gave 18%) but it really threw us off when we saw a service charge of 35$ that is for the employer and not for the servers. We just hope that the employer is sharing this service tip with the servers. Also, we love the options at the buffet! It has by far the best options we have seen compared to other Brazilian steakhouses.

Not impressed. The food wasn't awful; however it wasn't mind blowing. I opted to try the place out during its Lunch Buffet which is $19.99 - I was under the impression that everything was included except with a limited amount of meats. Upon arrival - I was told they'd only be keeping the buffet open until 3:30pm (it was a little after 3). I figured ok, I drove here already - I may as well try it out. Now, as a long time foodie... I know how these type of places work; however the girl who tried turning us away didn't bother to explain. She also didn't explain that the meats were an additional charge (which is ridiculous considering that's the ONLY reason to pay that kind of price for a lunch buffet). The place had been empty and the dishes were all barely filled - so I didn't eat much. The candied bacon was a joke... it was dry and had no flavor whatsoever. The meats weren't impressive at all - the Picanha wasn't bad and the Gaucho was nice. The Lobster Bisque was watery... could've been good if it were creamy and not watered down. The woman... trying to rush the table... handed a check for over $70!!! That's when she said the meat portion was more. I had a problem with this and a gentleman was kind and adjusted the bill. The money wouldn't have been an issue had there been an actual dining experience, time to try enjoying it and most of all - HAD IT EXPLAINED! What pissed me off more is the audacity to include a TIP on a bill at 20% when the waitress did absolutely NOTHING. Needless to say we will never be returning. Considering my reach and relationships with other restaurateurs across the country - I would've rather had a great experience and felt comfortable referring people there. It's a shame - I had high hopes.

Come hungry and enjoy! One of the best Rodizio restaurants in Long Island. The salad bar is a meal on its own, all meats slow roasted to perfection and fabulous, friendly waiters. Just wonderful!

Horrible service, terrible flavored meat, chicken undercooked, I had to ask to have the meat removed from the bill. The service charge is outrageous for the lack of effort, presentation and poor attitude. Never ever eat the garlic steak, it is disgusting as well as the poor pungent flavor of the other meat. The waitress was not kind, she had an edge of attitude that made the whole experience worse. I would rate it a zero if possible.

I soooo wanted to like this place, but the meats have no flavor. The buffet is very good. The service was amazing. Sadly, I will not be visiting this place any time soon.

Cute place, service was awesome.. Only thing is, they didn't pay attention to the green/red side. So for those who don't know, when you're at a Brazilian restaurant, they give you a card. One side is green which means "BRING THE MEATS", and the red side means "not right now". My husband and I had our cards on the red side the whole time we were there, yet they kept coming over with the meat. The 1st 3 times we were like OK, maybe they didn't SEE the card, maybe because it's only us and 3 other tables here, it's a slow night. But no, as more and more people came in, they did the same thing. To the point where I just stopped accepting the meat when they would come over. Plus, some of the meat was mushy, dry or just not that flavorful. The buffet food was good though. I gave the place a 4 because the AC was PUMPING, and with not that many people in the place it was COLD!!

The food that’s supposed to be hot is COLD, the buffet is unattended and food at 1pm is not in the appropriate temperature. When we mentioned this to the waitress she offered to microwave the food!! That’s when they lost us!! They mentioned they fixed it, but nothing was done.We regret spending our lunch time and the money at Master Grill, we’ve had many great experiences at other Brazilian or Portuguese steakhouses.Food that is not at proper temperature will be a health concern for sure. There were very few people for lunch time, if they don’t change this around this will not go well for this restaurant.I was expecting much more from this place!we’re not coming back and no recommendations to our friends and family.

We sat down and the service was right there we had a group of 7 and had no less than two servers taking order for drinks and explaining our choices of which we had to choose from we got the rodizio which they keep on walking around with skewers of different kinds of meat and asking if you would like some the staff is excellent the food is excellent and I would recommend this establishment to all

pleasant ambience (a bit too dark) with immaculate waiter/waitress service. However, the website should be clearer with regards to the menu options and how it works for non-steak eaters and children. I wasn't aware of a buffet style option (which isn't my go to anywhere/ never been a fan of buffet style eating). After ordering drinks and asking for a menu thereafter, we were advised of the buffet option (which was my only choice) my family and I don't eat red meat. Therefore, I went with the buffet option since seafood was an option and its was exactly what I expected. Fruit flies flying over the fruits and salads with no covers. The seafood was room temperature and rubbery (due to being overcooked) the white rice was 1/2 cooked I was chewing on hard rice. I tried the mashed potatoes it wasn't creamy or pleasant either. I had an overall poor experience if drinks weren't ordered we would've left. However if you a steak eater and into buffet style eating this place will work for you.

Family dinner to celebrate mom’s 80th and it was wonderful. The food was divine and the service was fabulous. They even sang to mom without asking. Drinks were great. Will come back to try the salad bar!
