They charged me $3.50 for guacamole that was supposed to be free on my.burrito bowl. Plus queso was $2 extra. It costed my over $23 for a burrito bowl and everything was so salty! QDoba is 10x better and cheaper!

Service is terrible. Asked for only cheese as a topping was given less than a pinch, asked for more as it was the only topping and was given half a pinch. Had to ask 3 times for more cheese and was given the smallest bit each time. Also was given barely any chicken, you can hear the spoon scrapping the bottom so clearly they were out of that type of chicken. This was at 6pm, not like it’s almost closing time. Guy on the register was also clueless. Had my app out to scan for points he tells me he needs to process the payment first, so he does that and then tells me it’s too late to scan the app- not the first time we have had issues with this same person on the register.

Store was extremely crowded with people waiting to pick up orders, like myself. Employees were busy making new orders while ignoring customers already waiting. My food was supposedly ready at 12:07, I showed up to pick up my food at 12:15 and had to wait until 12:35 before anyone even started making my food, just for them to drench it in sour cream which I did not want. Don’t waste your time coming here. The employees are painfully slow and all work together to complete each task one by one rather than functioning as a team and dividing the staff around the store in order to actually be productive. I can safely say if you order from here you will be waiting for 45 mins+ for your food.Wheelchair accessibility: Extremely cramped storefront and narrow walkways in building

Good food, bad service. When we got there the staff kept talking amongst themselves and never asked if we were ready to order, when I finally asked if we can order, they acted like they were waiting on me all along, lol. Then they moved as slow as the sloths in Zootopia. I'm grateful there wasn't a long line, I can't imagine what it's like when the restaurant is busy.

This is the best Moe's by far. Their food is always fresh and the staff is so nice. We love coming here! The salsa bar is always pristine and sparkling clean as well! 10/10!
