Food was great but the service was l lacking. Didn't see our waiter after he brought our food. Had to track him down just to get the check. Never checked to see if everything was good or if we needed anything more. Not a typical experience but felt I had to mention it since it was so frustrating.

This place is awesome. Never had a bad meal. Owners are incredibly nice and service is excellent. I like ordering the challah French toast, corned beef hash, chocolate chip banana pancakes, milkshakes, omelettes and souvlaki. Do yourself a favor and go

I don't know about breakfast but lunch and dinner is absolutely disgusting. Even the carrot cake tasted like motor oil smells. Threw it out. The food here has gotten worse as I have not been here in some time,hoping the food would have gotten somewhat better, but no.

So my cousins and I were getting together today for some family time and we decided to meet at the diner, we went to Lindencrest at 8am but they do not open till 9am. Which to me is crazy bc its Saturday and some people, like myself, still wake up early. So we all decided to go to the Nautilus diner a few minutes down the road. Well the service was amazing, the food came out rather quickly for a table of five and it was delicious. I ordered the new Avocado toast with eggs, my cousin ordered the Crumb cake apple pancakes, my other one ordered eggs benedict and the other two ordered bacon and eggs. We all agreed the food is fresh and delicious. The taller built gentleman ((possibly the owner?)) was so caring made sure we were all happy and wanted to know if we needed anything else, which we didn't bc all our wants were cared for. Great diner and we will be meeting here every few weeks to keep up with the family.

Went in here and had ourselves a massive breakfast, the choices were many and the food was delicious.
Quite possibly the worst diner on Long Island and it's not particularly close. With so many diners and so much competition for business you would think things would be different.
Ordered Hummus appetizer which was inedible. You could quite literally bring this stuff home and spackle your walls with it. They claim it's homemade. Disgusting on every level. Ordered soup which was ultra salty and supposed to be chicken noodle. Apparently, they forgot to add chicken.
The main course was a few wraps. 20.00 each for chicken wraps where they pulled the chicken from a rotisserie and squished it into a wrap. Friggin nasty. It was a mix of white and dark meat.
Food was disgusting, the diner atmosphere is just ok, but the service was great. We will never ever go again. Years ago this place used to be referred to by the locals as the nauseou-lis diner and it lives up to it's name!

I was hungry so I took a ride ended up stopping at this diner for breakfast/Brunch. I’ve never been to Nautilus diner before, but I used to pass it all the time on my way to work. Anyway I got Challah French toast (Also a 1st) it was delish. My partner got a Spanish omelette with hash browns. Everything was great. The place was very clean, fast service, nice waitress. I will recommend and definitely come again.
