I used to order here regularly. The food is AMAZING. Portions were pretty good as well. Macros are clearly broken down on the labels. I moved to FL three years ago and I’ve been struggling to find a place like this again. Out of all the meal prep spots on LI, I would pick this one every time and I’ve tried quite a few of them. Highly recommend * idk if the packaging is the same or if the meals they are offering are the same but this was from when I was ordering. These are only some of them I ordered*

I was in the store today Friday morning. Always a great vibe, clean , and good Choices of chips, food, protein powder, and even some clothes. A man about 20 years old helped me today and answered all my questions. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. He signed me up to be a member. It only took two seconds. I will definitely be back more often and bring my son.
