Service is good. Food is fine. Nice place for small group meeting or personal study/reading time.

Great food! Had lunch with my granddaughter and ordering through a tablet was easy instead of waiting on a line. Definitely going back.
Jermey is the sweetest and is always a pleasure when I come in as well as the manager! I feel this Panera in specific does go above in beyond to have great service and it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Tuesday 20th on August, the cleaning lady was using the broom that she used to clean the floors, I believe it is disgusting
Very good
The food at this location is always great, the rest of it… wow! For starters if you order in, be prepared to wait, because online orders take priority. You can be standing there for 10-15 minutes with no one around you, waiting as they fill online orders, but it gets worse. Should you order something from the bakery, the people at the counter (provider someone is there and acknowledges you) tells you to get it in the back, in the back they tell you to go to the counter. It’s a big back and fourth that’s just annoying. Once you sit down, the tables are usually dirty, and more often then not there’s a loud group of children misbehaving, that no one does anything about! Where is the manager? I’ve only ever seen on guy in a different colored shirt, and he looks to be about 15, and is more interested in having conversations about nonsense with the girl making the food then in doing anything else. I had enough of the mess and the kids so I started being one of those to order online and eat at my desk and THATS when they stop caring about getting the order right, because after all who’s going to come in to complain? For me it’s an inconvenience, what about people with allergies or diabetes? That’s dangerous! The online orders they seem to prioritize are right about 50% of the time, and if you think you’re getting utensils, think again! I love Panera, this is the only location near work, so I tolerate it, but why do the higher ups?

Food is fine, but not spectacular. I don't see myself coming here willingly. I'm not a big fan of this kind of food but it isn't terrible either.

5 stars is not enough for this Panera. Today I went in to just get comfort lunch per usual and there was an emergency situation that had aroused at the store/restaurant. Colin, the store manager, acted swiftly and diligently to handle the situation with another team member, Tabitha, along side with emergency services on the other line. Not only did they both handle it with such grace and control but they also kept themselves composed. In the midst of all of this, Tabitha stopped to help me with my earring as it was falling off 😭😭
Such great teamwork from both of them. Forever coming to this Panera location.
Bonus: the store/restaurant is very clean, bathrooms sanitary, and food is as fresh as it gets with Panera! Highly recommend 🫶

The staff at the Massapequa, NY location are rude, nasty and very unprofessional especially Shannon. They repeatedly treated my group of friends who were meeting for lunch disrespectfully. All the coffee/tea/water pots were always empty and when this was brought to their attention they refused to take care of it. They weren't busy so they didn't have a valid excuse. This has happened several times before. Now we will never go back to that location again.

I cannot tell you why bread, soup, and turkey, things I have at home, cost such an astronomical amount of money. But Panera Bread is one of the only places my 5 and 7 year olds will go and clear their plates. And as I see my children growing rapidly, the time with them slipping away as quickly as they change shoe sizes, I will take them to Panera as many times as they let me, and I will spend a thousand fortunes on mac and cheese in a little paper cup, because one day they won't be with me, and I won't have to put an ice cube in their cheddar broccoli soup because it's too hot, and they won't run ahead to pick our booth, and we won't sit and look for the hidden bagels in the corporate Panera artwork, and I won't tell them we we're not going to get a pastry, but then secretly buy a kitchen sink cookie they we all split on the car ride home. One day my wife and I will be alone and all I'll want to do is waste my money on a bread bowl no one eats.

Always dirty when I go in there. Their prices keep going up and the portions/sandwiches keep getting smaller. No finess in the sandwiches either- always thrown together. They just really don’t care about quality. I will not be returning.

Any sandwiches with chicken are so stingy. They have one small see-through slice, if your lucky. It is now less expensive to get sushi than Panera.

Panera-Massapequa-Thumbs Down! I went here today with 11 women and after we spent money buying food and drinks and were sitting there for 30 minutes having a discussion, we were ordered to vacate the premises immediately. We were told that no meetings were allowed between 12 and 2 pm even though we had met there many times in the past and there was no signage referring to that being the case. We were also threatened that the police would be called if we did not leave immediately. It was truly sick the way we a group of 50 and over women were treated like we were hoodlums.
I will also say that the restaurant is poorly run. Before I was kicked out today, 3 of the 4 containers of coffee were empty as well as the container with skim milk.
