5 stars is not enough for this Panera. Today I went in to just get comfort lunch per usual and there was an emergency situation that had aroused at the store/restaurant. Colin, the store manager, acted swiftly and diligently to handle the situation with another team member, Tabitha, along side with emergency services on the other line. I cannot tell you why bread, soup, and turkey, things I have at home, cost such an astronomical amount of money. But Panera Bread is one of the only places my 5 and 7 year olds will go and clear their plates.
