This place is my new favorite in town. Very friendly staff, accommodating and so much choices in flavor. Ordered my son's cake here with Nutella filling, his favorite, and everyone complimented the taste and the cost very reasonable. I will go here for everything. *I added the toys.

My sons baptism cake turned out wonderful we got cannoli inside of it turned out wonderful everybody loved it. The cake decorator is very nice and we communicated on what exactly I like on it. We all had a blast. Thank you ?

I was super excited to try this place but am very disappointed. I called them about a week ago to order my boyfriend’s 25th birthday cake. I told them to decorate it however they thought for a 25 year old man , nothing crazy but to look cute ! I come in , got my cake and it was half decorated on the sides , and the writing was crooked on the cake not even centered. It didn't look like they put any thought or work into it at all! Besides that, the cake was terrible and had an awful taste. It was super dry and sour tasting . Definitely not even close to worth it for the $50 that I spent !Super disappointing!

Princess bakery has been in my life since I was 9 years old. Me, and my grandfather would always come every Sunday for the amazing bread, and pastries. I gotta say now in 2023 this place is not the same anymore. Everything looks old, and not cooked right. Pignoli cookies very undercooked, fresh loaf of bread chewy and lacks the flavor of bread taste. Cannolis, the cream is super sweet. Service always top tier the atmosphere is always amazing. For me though I wish princess bakery the best, but it's just not the same anymore. The tiramisu comes frozen which I never understood why. I'll always love this place but I will never come here again for the pasties and other things they sell. Hopefully this review helps them out maybe change some things so they can thrive like they did back in the early 2010's.

Thank you, Princess Bakery! What a positive experience from placing the order, to pickup and enjoying the final product. We called pretty last minute needing a cake smash cake for our daughter and they were so incredibly helpful and more accommodating than I could have imagined. First, I just told them a color and they came up with a beautiful design idea right over the phone. They made sure to call before they closed to make sure we picked up our cake since they were closed the following day. My daughter loved it, the cake came out beautiful in photos, and it was delicious and my family really enjoyed it. Everyone I interacted with from the phone call to pickup were so kind, and I honestly expected to pay more for such a beautiful tall cake smash cake. Great experience, and we will continue to come back.
