Great service. Great food. If you are looking for a great Italian mean, you can't do better than here. We had the Lingine with clam sauce and a fried calamari appetizer. The were superb.

Stopped in with my family on our way home and we were pleasantly surprised! We have two small children and we were tended to immediately. Mike was so kind along with the rest of the staff. Hands down the best service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. The food was good and we enjoyed live music and comedy while we ate.

I recently had the experience of dining here for a luncheon event I attended with my extended family and quite frankly, it was flat-out awful. Dirty dishes , flithy wine glasses, & cold tasteless food. Draft beer tasted sour and was undrinkable.
My wife and I, although starving, sparsely ate due to fears of possible gastro intestinal suffering. We relied on snacks we packed in the car for our children to eat on the way home.
Total low-rent atmosphere that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or updated since the Regan administration. God only knows what the kitchen must look like.
I honestly have no idea how an establishment like this can remain in business in an area like Massapequa where there are abundant choices of quality restaurants. Avoid at all costs.

This restaurant is a disgrace to Italian dining establishments. My wife and I traveled from North Carolina to baptize our baby and chose Sergio’s for our post-church dinner. Despite prior family members warning us about the limited space, Sergio assured us there would be no issues accommodating everyone.
Upon arrival, it was clear there weren’t enough chairs, and the tables were crammed together to make room for the buffet. We asked Sergio to add another table and move the buffet outside since there were no incoming guests until 4:30, but he deflected and refused. As a result, my wife, our baby, a few others, and I had to sit in the main dining area, separated from our guests.
The issues didn’t end there. When it was time for the cake, we discovered it had been improperly stored in the freezer, causing it to melt and lose shape. Initially, Sergio lied, claiming his staff had already cut it, then blamed the bakery when confronted about its condition. We knew this was false because we personally delivered and explained how to store the cake the day before. The cake was still frozen in the middle, raising concerns about its safety, so we had to dispose of it and inform our guests there would be no dessert.
Overall, this event was mishandled by a restaurant that was unprepared and should not be hosting events. I strongly caution anyone considering this business.

Luv this place... Large portions, great atmosphere. Small space. A little cramped. Live entertainment. They have the best garden salad.
Parking: Very small parking lot.

DO NOT EAT HERE! We went for a show, the impersonators were terrible but not nearly as bad as the food. Baked clams must have been reheated, it felt like I was chewing on rubber. Filet of Sole was overcooked, dry and again chewy. The service was horrible as well, they didn't bother to remove our appetizer plates or clear the table, they just kept adding more plates to the table. We ordered 2 beers which were carried under the arm (like in his arm pit) of the waiter to the table. It was the worst experience. We will never go back and you should stay away.

Do not get food here. My husband and I used to go there and eat all the time in person until I got cancer after we would do the take out option. For Valentines Day we chose to do that option for lunch since we had an old gift certificate we had saved for a special occasion. BIG MISTAKE. My food had a weird smell for some odd reason but I chalked it up to it being that I never had their meat sauce before and that maybe it was supposed to smell that way. One bite and I was gagging and spit it out immediately. My husband had a much worse experience. He was having bad stomach problems since eating and has been having bad diarrhea. We think he got food poisoning from the food. It's a shame that Mike rather not care about his customers well being and only care about making a quick buck. He unfortunately lost some longtime loyal customers over this.
