Sergios feels very Italian. There was a faint odor in the air like cigarettes and the food was phenomenal. Every so often a man would walk by holding a full fat can of Coca Cola. We had time to talk and weren't hounded to leave by the staff. It was wonderful.

This was our final meal to top off a long weekend in London. We ‘saved the best till last' or so we had hoped. Although the food was ok, and the Christmas decor was indeed great fun, the service completely ruined the whole experience. We felt pretty much ignored. We would have liked more drinks, a pudding, and perhaps a ‘check back' on our mains - some Parmesan might have been nice. Perhaps you have to be a celebrity to dine here? Had been looking forward to it all year. Incredibly disappointing.
