My beautiful man drove from Astoria Queens to pick me up a "Drunken Grandma" (best pizza ever). My 20 year old son came home out of sorts (fight with friends, girl problem, who knows) "Drunken Grandma", problem solved! and the crew couldn't be nicer.

Drove 45 minutes ro try the famous upside down. First bite is certainly different. Most tend to be a sweet sauce, this one is more in the tangy side. Maybe if u had a sugary drink the contrast would be better, aa the taste too strong. Dough could have more flavor or extra cheese. Definitely taste in the upside down world, friendly staff.

Ordered 31$ worth of food from here through slice. Ordered a rigatoni ala vodka slice, a chicken roll (with extra sauce on the side which wasn’t provided), Pasta Fagioli soup and a slice of cheesecake (which came mostly frozen. It took over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered. Now I understand the incredibly young driver had a flat tire and probably had no idea how to fix a flat.The restaurant called me and was very nasty about the fact that I reached out to slice twice complaining about my food not having yet been delivered. He did give me a 10% discount while assuring me that my food would be hot when I received it and that the driver was on his way. My food didn’t come for another 15 minutes when the delivery distance was 2 minutes away. I was working and in meetings all day and didn’t have time to run out. Not to mention I am pregnant and I just wanted some convenience with my very hectic day. I received my food barely warm and the chicken roll was disgusting.The restaurant never communicated the delivery delay until I complained twice to slice. I complained to slice again and they can’t refund me more than 10% because the restaurant won’t authorize any more. The 10% wouldn’t even cover the $3.50 tip I left or their ridiculous 3$ delivery fee. So disgusted with how this establishment handled it all.

Neo pizza was like chop suey bit into spinach slice and spinach was ice cold all of this after 1hr and 15min and decided to pick the food up myself . When I get there they were not busy at all! Delivery driver (young kid) on his phone texting like crazy. This must be under new management cause when first started was oh sooo good ...simply a shame and waste of my money tonight

The upside-down square is a 5 star slice thats what this place is known for and that's what you should get when you go! Its delicious if its fresh out of the oven and it's just as good if you eat it cold too!

We often go traveling to find different pizza places to try.. This place had the best pizza in Massapequa as far as I am concerned!! this is a must go to if you have not yet!

The food is good, but the wait times for a pizza during lent or other holidays has been atrocious. We were told 45 minutes, but it was over an hour and 15 minutes. I mentioned they should adjust their wait times and the manager just brushed me off saying to cut him some slack instead of just taking the feedback.

We ordered chicken parm. And a steak panini.Chicken parm was awful chicken was heavily coated. The chicken was thin and over cooked.The steak panini had so little beef, didn’t even cover the bread.
