It’s hard for fusion places to get the flavors right for all of the cuisines they serve, but this place did just that. Some of the most flavorful and ingredient-packed soondubu I’ve ever had. The food is half eaten in the picture because it was just so good that I had to chow down immediately. They do serve banchan, but they don’t go crazy with them. They’re delicious though! The ambiance is a cool cozy combo of steampunk, traditional East Asian art, and classy dark wood.

Chicken bun - wow! Crispy, spicy, delish!
Pork and beef dumplings, both bite size wonders.
Spicy pork dulsot bibimbop - never have I had it quite this yummy! And they mix it all up for you in front of you! My fav!
Ramen - my friend had one that was light but lovely - the aromatics just made it sing! And that was low salt.
