Now I don’t post reviews much but every time I go in there I order on the app at home because post renovation they move like snails and I still have to wait in store I was there on Memorial Day and people were leaving and telling other people to just take there order it was so bad
Since reopening they can’t handle the business. It’s nice to have a fresh looking store, and if it was one bad day I’d leave it alone. However it’s been a handful of times where despite ordering in advance we’re left waiting ridiculously long for our drinks. Each time noticing that multiple others are having the same issues and getting just as agitated. Today was the last straw though. Ordered 15 minutes before arriving and still nowhere near ready. the time from placing the order to the time it was ready was 36 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I feel bad for the staff they seem very under staffed. My problem is when did Starbucks stop making good iced coffee? This Clover crap is absolutely terrible. I have been a starbucks person for 15+ years every day, but now find this new iced coffee undrinkable. Total shame
there were 5 employees on staff no line at the register and we still waited 20 min for an iced coffee. Worst location the staff consistently is so slow and I used to work for a Starbucks there is zero reason to move so slow learn the recipes and do better! I guess secret shoppers don’t exist anymore. We used to be timed.
I came here post-renovations, and wow they really made the place feel more sterile and less inviting. I placed an order on the app for two drinks and one was ready when I got there, but I had to wait 5+ minutes for the other (after placing it 10 minutes before I arrived). One of the drinks was fine, but the other (iced tea lemonade) was completely watered down and borderline tasteless. Not worth spending over 5 bucks for. All of this plus the location itself being lackluster with the parking lot being annoying to traverse makes me want to avoid this location. I would recommend going to the location on Sunrise Hwy in Seaford instead
Expect to wait over 20 minutes for coffee even if you order ahead in the mobile app. Horrible customer service.

They need to set it up so people know where to stand in line.
Dunno what's going on here. I seriously was considering asking for a refund after the coffee machine spit out water and milk with no coffee.
I don’t know happened here!! This location before the renovation was great! They reopened a few weeks ago. I’ve been there 3 times. First time what was wrong. Second time literally 30 minutes and I ordered on the app way before. Third time order incorrect again definitely either new owners new management, but this place is an absolute disaster.
I am not one to leave bad reviews, But this Starbucks has gone downhill since they reopened, It seems like it’s entirely new staff without any experienced staff training them. They need to pull staff from other stores to get these new employees up to speed prior to leaving them on their own. I have now been there on three occasions and each time was over a 30 minute wait with them never getting the order done correctly. I had to wait 30 minutes then I get asked what did you order again? And this wait wasn’t because of long lines. It was because the staff did not know how to execute the orders. They need to get this fixed and fast..

I ordered a piece of cold Banana Nut Bread and wow that took forever. Watching the staff be more occupied with talking to friends who came in or maybe old employees was quite frustrating when I could have been handed my apparently already packaged banana nut bread in less than 30 seconds. In the time that it took them to get my bread, which I had to remind them about, the place got busy and I was standing in a sea of people with the easiest order. I didn't even order a drink that needed to be prepared, I got a bottled drink from the front line. Very disappointed in this place, I think they need to work on finishing up older orders rather than chatting with friends.

This was the first time I was in this Starbucks. Staff was quick and efficient. I was meeting a friend so I sat inside. Not a great environment. Seemed sticking, dark and overall not an inviting atmosphere. Maybe better to take your stuff to go. 👎

Very disappointed in the staff at this starbucks. Will not return here. Gave my children an attitude when they went to order, ignored my sons request for no whipped cream twice and then when he commented that he asked for no whip, she rolled her eyes and proceeded to complain to the other staff that she should have marked the cup. The other staff just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Took 20 minutes for 4 drinks! Seriously, u just need new staff
