If I can give this restaurant zero stars I would I placed an online order at 9 o'clock. They don't close until 10. I go inside at the time and says 920 to go get my sandwiches and the lady behind the counter says there's no more meatballs we stopped doing meatballs at 9:15 I said, but I put my order in at 9 o'clock. She goes it doesn't matter we don't have meatballs so he said let me get The hot honey chicken sandwich and she said no no you can't do that. It's it's it's more money I said, but it's not my fault that you don't have meatballs oh well we just don't have meatballs. You can't get that cause it's more money you can get ham or turkey Get out of here. She should've accommodated me with the chicken sandwich because she was too lazy to make meatballs so now I have to get a sandwich that I don't want. I have to pay additional for another sandwich, which is completely ridiculous because you stop making food an hour before closing and said 915 is a time of cut off for meatballs, but it was 9 o'clock when you placed the order.... so unhappy if the worker was professional, she would've accommodate me worst subway going?
As many others have suggested this place deserves the lowest possible rating. I'm glad I wasn't the only one that noticed the unprofessional staff. Should have checked reviews before going! Corporate America FTW!
Opens at 8am got there at 8:20 am still not ready to serve. Lying about hours of operation is a bad look. Do better!
Worst place ever ! Rama or whatever her name is so disrespectful this is my SECOND TIME HAVING AN ISSUE WITH HER.! I asked her to cancel my order and she completely hung up on me saying that the owner the owner like didn't take my name phone number how was she going to make sure it got canceled.?? Very poor business and management if I don’t see my refund I will definitely be back!!
Update : the owner said that I have to call my bank for a refund ? I’ve never heard that I’m not disputing $10 with my bank! Worst business ever I will be back to pick up my order another day !! I hope Rama is there !!
If I could be 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely horrible customer service I mean read all the comments for yourself. I’m also calling customer service and escalating this issue! This place need to be shut down if that lady Rama answer phones like that yelling at customers then she need to be fired. Absolutely disgusting behavior kept yelling she’s the manger but doesn’t know how to cancel an order? This is ruining your business and it’s very sad. Get better workers. If you don’t know how to cancel and order then maybe there should be someone there at all time that does know how to. Should send cooperate in there as a secret guest see how they get treated. Absolutely disgusting.
Not a food problem server was very helpful however prepared my food than proceeded to register and kept his GLOVES ON TO TAKE MONEY NASTY GLOVES ARE FOR FOOD SAFETY!!! Board of health would agree. Clean gloves when preparing food.

I came again deciding to give them another chance but no the guy making my sub sighed so hard I think he knocked over a bag of chips his attitude was so high never come here.

I’m putting one star, but I really mean to put zero stars. I have a coupon. It states you can’t get the subway series of sandwiches. It states exactly what you cannot get so I ask for chicken. The started ranting that you can’t get chicken. It’s too much it’s too hard to make it. It takes too much time all this craziness, but that’s not what the coupon says.. This is my first time and my last time going to this subway it’s the absolute worst. There are too many subway options that are very close that are much better.

I came again deciding to give them another chance but no the guy making my sub sighed so hard I think he knocked over a bag of chips his attitude was so high never come here.

I have been to this Subway before with no issues with service or ordering. Today, my boyfriend and I went to this location for a quick lunch after work. I tried to order a wrap and include what I desired in it. The women behind the counter decided on their own that I was ordering the #40 wrap from the menu which I was not, I was trying to make my own as that is what Subway’s premise has always been, “make your own”. A woman then also came in after me to order to customize a wrap and again they tried to make #40. She asked to make her own wrap but they told her no. so she asked “Why can you make your own sandwich no problem but they stop you when it comes to the wraps?” to be ignored by the workers. It never used to be this way and completely disregards the point of Subway and creating what you want to eat. Meanwhile, the two women behind the counter were being very rude to customers and their simple requests, while whispering to each other. They ended up charging me for the #40, even though I didn’t include half the ingredients in my wrap.
