Con artists, health violators, and scammers. Placed an order with UberEats and cancelled within 5 seconds after realizing that this was the incorrect location. I called the restaurant to confirm. A young lady at the restaurant confirmed that the order had been canceled and that I would have to dispute with uber. Completely understandable. I called UberEats and they said they needed to confirm with the restaurant that the order was indeed canceled. They put me on a brief hold to confirm with the restaurant.
The restaurant told them my order was already prepared and that they wouldn’t refund me. I explained the situation, and they said they cannot issue a refund nonetheless. I called back the restaurant and the young lady who originally answered at the restaurant told me she need to bout me on hold and sent me to speak to a “Will” who claimed to be the only one working there and handling all phone calls(ignoring the fact that I had just spoken to the young woman who originally answered the call). Will stated that they had not charged me and if I wanted a refund that I needed to speak with uber, but that my order was sitting in front of him.
If my order is cancelled within 5 second of using the Uber app and calling them to confirm cancellation, how can the food be ready for pick up? This restaurant is either lying, or providing customers with old food and presenting it as fresh or ready made.
Genuine scammers and health code violators without a doubt, I’d stay away.

By now, she is in Italy for a friend's wedding,but yesterday, Juana made my wife and I feel as if we were treasured guests. Lunch specials are magnificent with delicious pho, summer rolls and other choice entrees. Each one is more mouthwatering than the other. Which will you choose?
