The lemongrass pork chop is delicious. The jasmine fruit tea is refreshing. The pho sent me to heaven. Will come again!

Great experience and everything we had was delicious from the tea, specialty drinks to the pho. Lemongrass pork chops were filling and tasty enough to share.( if you dare)

Came here just for the pho and everyone was very nice. I was not disappointed. The pho broth could’ve had just a taddd bit more flavor but overall very yummy! The steak (got pho sizzle) was sooo delicious and tender. I also like how they have a rewards program!

Fancy digs for Vietnamese food. Not the usual no frills you would expect from such a place. But a good spot for anyone new to the cuisine or wants Viet food in a pinch.Pho, spring/summer rolls were good. Not too authentic but it’s close.Vegetable fried rice served in a pineapple bowl was decent but very oily/buttery towards the bottom. Was worth an initial visit. Wouldn’t come back on my own, but if a friend wants to go here, I couldn’t object.

Personally, It just wasn't for me. Maybe I ordered the wrong items. But the spring roll, although looked appetizing, tasted like they have been pre-made and were sitting for a while. Like the shrimp wasn't fresh and it just tasted bland. I also ordered the wings (not pictured). They looked so huge. I'm not a fan of "steroid wings" but if that's your thing then go for it. The Pho itself wasn't bad. The broth could use more flavor but the steak was tasty. The best parts were my drink and dessert. I got the banana coconut cake. It was pretty good. Also my server seemed a bit rude and uninterested in helping with understanding the cuisine. Overall I wouldn't mind given it another try and ordering a platter next time rather than the PHO.

Recently I've been in search of a great bahn mi on Long Island. This was my first time visiting SUP and I was pleasantly surprised upon entering. Honestly, just on the ambiance and detail alone I knew I'd return. My dining companion and I were immediately told that we could sit anywhere we want in the front of the restaurant. There were booths situated behind the hostess' station (divided by a large partition), but I guess they're for larger parties. The tables in the front seemed to be for 1-2 people per party. My companion and I skipped the appetizers and ordered two of their flavored fruit teas. My companion ordered Autum (peach/pineapple flavor, I believe), and I ordered Meadow (strawberry flavored). The strawberry fruit tea was okay. There were a lot of different flavors going on and I didn't know whether I liked it. I asked our server which tea is the most popular and they said Autumn and offered to swap mine, free of charge, so I accepted. Autumn was a tasty beverage. For our entrees, I ordered a banh mi and my companion ordered the spicy basil shrimp fried rice (pepper on the side). To our surprise, the fried rice was served in a half pineapple. I told my companion that I felt like I was dining on South Beach and not Masspequa. The banh mi was really good, but the crumbly meat was a bit distracting. Much of it fell out while trying to hold/bite it, but it had a good flavor. The baguette was soft, yet crunchy and the pickled veggies were on point. I highly recommend letting the sandwhich cool off a bit before biting into it. I learned the hard way. The fried rice was delicious. I added a small amount of chili and a bit of sriracha to balance out the sweetness of the pineapple. The staff was nice and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. I will definitely return... soon.

The pho here is pretty good for Long Island, but the prices at Sup, is mind blowing and the portions don't match the price. The "Pho King" for example is just broth with rice noodles and some slices of short rib for $18. I get the profit margin for this order is HUGE, cus pho noodles cost about $25 cents for the bowl.To add any extra meat to the order, a few meatballs, or thin slices of raw beef, either way, its an extra $5 dollars for each. Pho was never parted out in this way. It's usually a combination of different cuts of meat, brisket, steak, meat balls, etc all one price of $12-14, not $30+ dollarsBasically for 4 people to eat pho soup, it should not cost $100Vietnamese food was never meant to be an expensive meal.

One of the best, if not the best, pho places in Nassau. Great presentation of food, taste was fresh and very clean. High quality overall. Just a tad pricier than other Vietnamese restaurants, but they really do put in the extra effort, so it's worth getting in my opinion.
