The beachside vibe and décor were absolutely charming—such a cute spot to spend a Sunday evening. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the setting. Even though there were many open tables, we waited an hour to be seated because they didn’t want to “overwhelm the kitchen.” After finally sitting, it took over another hour to get our food, which was decent but not amazing. Then nearly another hour to get the check. Our server was kind, but often missing. The prices felt too high for the quality and slow service. With better management and faster service, this place could be a true gem.

The ambiance is exactly where you would be in this part of Long Island in summer. It is Family Friendly, so your kiddos can run around shallow water and sand while you can steal a moment with an adult drink right there on the bay shore, and feel like life is not over. Definitely come by.

First time there! Went there this weekend for my birthday. It’s beautiful view but the food sucks. Everything was bland no taste at all. For food you get it’s not worth the price. Don’t waste your money and don’t go there you’ll be disappointed with the food. Not going there again! ):

Our 2nd visit for a nice late lunch on a beautiful day. Love the Thai calamari. The coconut shrimp is the best I've had! Their toppings and cucumber salad was delicious. The Watermelon/Feta salad is delicious. The size is awesome enough for 2! Suddenly rain was arriving our waitress Andrea was wonderful. She was quick with the doggy bag and check and got to leave before it poured. Please note this is a casual fun place on a beach. Plastic cups for drinks are fine. The atmosphere, people, wait staff and the food is top notch! You must give it a try. Also have a brunch menu! See you again soon. Thank you!

Today we went and this was our 2nd trip here. Our first trip was a sunset dinner prior to a concert at Jones Beach theater and we loved it. Beautiful sunset, good food, great location. Tonight, not so much.
We're on vacation and my wife wanted to go here for her birthday and catch the sunset. We arrived just after 5p and were seated quickly and warmly. Juan came over soon enough and took our drink order, when he quickly brought our strawberry margarita (his recommendation) and diet coke. We order the calamari appetizer but didn't know what we wanted for dinner. Juan bristled when my wife asked him to explain the Monday lobster special. Our calamari was delivered by a different wait staff without plates. Juan came over to take our order and was interrupted by a request for plates. He went and got the plates, took our order and we didn't interact with Juan for at least another 20 minutes. By this time, there was a line to get in and Juan was flustered. I had to flag him down for another diet coke, he never asked my wife if she wanted another drink. Our entrees were delivered by a different wait staff and my wife asked Juan for more bleu cheese (the original one was less than half full). Eventually, we had to ask a different wait person for bleu cheese. And water. We had clearly aggravated Juan. I witnessed him at one point motion to the hostess to slow down the seatings. I get it it was busy but our questions/requests were solidly within the norm. Someone else cleared my plate. My wife ate most of her wings while I watched Juan attend to every other table besides ours. He did return to clear her plate and bring us the check.
Altogether disappointing since we planned our entire day to have dinner here on the memory of our visit last year. We're going to have to really want to see the sunset to return again.

Beautiful, oceanside restaurant, low key with high appeal. Delicious food, great vibe with excellent service perfect for date night or family gatherings. Short staffed tonight so we had the pleasure of being served by the the chef & manager, Joe Walsh.He greeted us with a big smile, helped us choose our dinner which was perfect, and definitely added to our evening! Thanks Joe for a great night!
