They got my orders wrong and the nachos were sprayed with salt. That’s why there was no line. I recommend never eating the Taco Bell in Sunrise Mall again!

I know...before I start...it's fast food. Still saying it anyway...what the heck? $11 for a number 4? That's just the start. For some reason they feel that since they're in a mall on Long Island that Manhattan prices are justified. The staff seemed like I was bothering them and the food was warm. Not a fan. Next time I'm at the mall I'll get Chinese or Charlie's...

ridiculous..picked up afew tacos for lunch...i should say just shells..not even a table spoon of ANYTHING...this place needs to be monitored by the franchise better. it's really disgraceful

Horrible food. They got the order wrong all three times I was there. Food is more expensive than regular Taco Bell but portions are smaller. Bad customer service. Loaded grillers are 1.59 at other taco bells but they charge 2.79 each here (just an example). Never going back there.

Horrible food, The guacamole and tomatoes tasted and had a texture as if they were left outside in 100° weather for a week. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do because a manager wasn't there, then they turned and walked away.
