Well what we thought would be a nice time when we rode out to this establishment on our electric vehicles turned ugly fast.. We were treated like outsiders from once again the Queen Manager and her assistant manager. As they came at us not once but several times to blame us for killing her precious flowers *(already trampled by all the people using the outlets I assume). She questioned how much the charging costs while we were waiting at our table after ordering drinks and overpriced food because we like to give back if we charge at places to help with costs. Mind you we were not there more then 2 hours *($1.50 to charge 4-5 units) She then continued to say we can't hang out after we paid our $300 bill for over cooked $49 steak, dry burgers and cold greasy fries. The way we got treated was over the top rude and Queen blonde White manager should treat all the customers the same. We were black, white, female, tall short and brown all different backgrounds rather then the mostly upper class white Long Island Sheepole crowd they are use to so I'm questioning the race thing as she wasn't this way towards any of her other customers. I get it we look rough and stand out but we certainly treated the staff *(which was helpful and friendly) nice and we were not obnoxious and loud. Learn how to be pleasant and thankful that people want to spend their money at your restaurant not angry and sarcastic towards customers. Well we certainly will never return so your attitude worked for keeping our "type" away from your boring, white restaurant. Just how you played it..Enjoy the place White folks, they cater to you'll..! ✌?✌?I never felt so unwanted and really touched me deep as I see how others get treated for not looking "Regular" (whatever that may be!!!)

Amazing views but the food was a disappointment. Service was good so nothing against the waitress/front staff but the food was like cardboard. I came here like 5 years ago and was hoping this place would have gotten better, apparently not.

Ten of us were seated at 2 tables. Food was served to two of us and then it took over an hour for the rest of the party to be served. They were short of silverware and we had to ask several times for that. Not a good experience for very overpriced

We ate lunch at the Seafood Shack on 7/5/22. The service was good. The food was mostly terrible. The kitchen staff needs to keep their equipment clean. The coconut shrimp was ruined due to frying oil not being changed. The burger was burnt on the outside and too rare on the inside - burger was ordered medium.The lobster roll was good, but we paid way too much for only one item to be edible.
If I could have given this place less than zero I would have and it breaks my heart. I've eaten here many, many times and had always been happy with both the food and the service. Both are now not worth my time or money.With the exception of one server, service was terrible and the food worse.Overpriced and a $16.00 hamburger should, at the very least, be edible.Done and done. So sad.

Probably the worst place I have ever eaten in. The hostess couldn't care less. Not enough servers, plenty of available tables but they couldn't seat us due to lack of servers. The food was repulsive. I would never return here, and I suggest you do not either.

Food leaves a lot to be desired. Low quality food/ingredients, untrained kitchen staff. Better off brining food from home and take out and have a picnic; because the view is the only thing worth coming here for.

Came here..hostesses said its now byob...should have left right then...but we sat and ordered...clams on raw bar totally illegal PENNY..size..and they have ba!!s to charge $9.00 half dozen...burger was ok border line shoe leather though..grilled salmon came overcooked and dry..sent back not paying $28 for aligator skin..AND Manager could care less..he sat at table bs'ng with all the non attentive servers...this place is BEYOND a visit from Bar Rescue...shut it down and get a qualified esablishment to benefit from the location!
