Pizza is very good, but the service is garbage. Got to be the most miserable bunch of employees/owner I've met in a pizza place.

This honestly the only pizzeria I will want to go to. Compared to other places like Phil's, Luigi's, Umbertos, Caldas, Riella's, this is my absolute favorite pizzeria ever. The guys in there are super nice, the pizza is NEVER burned, when I tell you these people CLEAN their freaking ovens! Marinara I can tell is not cheap or fake. They also have these stuffed garlic knots filled with cheese, Chefs kiss, I don't know any other pizzeria on LI with cheese-knots. They also have Hispanic-cultured food like empanadas, and once a week they have churros which are pretty good. They have a good variety of pizzas including like a salad pizza, rigatoni pizza, it's a small restaurant but they really offer a lot. This is my favorite place to ever go to, they really dominate against competitors. 10/10

Hole in the wall, busy place. Delicious. My family is Italian and forever new York we've lived in the Bronx ,Brooklyn and Staten. This is delicious a little different. no flop, delicious undercarriage and exceptional flavor. We are on a pizza marathon since calling the south shore our new home this week. We have been on the hunt all week every meal for the best pizzas. This is a top contender 8.0/10

Pizza was so-so. A bit oily. Had to soak it up with a napkin. Which is gross. Service was good. Eight tables, so plenty of room to sit and eat. Well lit. Plenty of parking out front. Huge shipping center. Small bathroom in rear. Not the cleanest bathroom. But it worked.

I ordered ravioli to go for lunch and picked it up and when I opened my bag at work, there was no fork inside. Why would you not put a utensil inside of a to go bag? When I called them to let them know that they didn’t put a fork, I was told that they’re on the other side of the counter. Wouldn’t that have been helpful to know earlier? Could have told me that when I picked up my order. Is it that hard to just throw a fork inside of a bag? Or to tell me to grab a fork? my fault for assuming you guys would include a plastic fork when I order $17 ravioli to go at 12pm on a weekday. Clearly picking it up during my lunch break at work. Where am I supposed to find a fork now, should I eat it from the aluminum like a dog? This place is ridiculous

Today 7/7 I decided to order from this place because fredos and gregorios were not a possibility and omg the disappointment. The crust was deflated, the sauce had zero flavor and the ricotta cheese I had on my pizza was the worst I’ve ever tasted. The only thing that made it edible was the pepperoni. The side ice berg lettuce salad I made myself was better than the pizza! I suggest that the employees stop watching soccer on their cellphones and maybe look up videos on how to make a delicious pizza that will keep their customers coming back. I only gave 2 stars cause the meatball parm hero was okaying. Never ever again. 60 bucks down the drain

My wife raved about the pizza here at Via Roma so we came here this evening so I could try it. I must say their pizza was excellent. Great crispy crust ( not burnt) with a good amount of cheese and homemade sauce. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return and try their pasta dishes and more pizza!!

Two thumbs up for the pizza. Simple, but tasty all around. Delicious sauce, not oily, perfect crust. We'll done!

I had to run into Ace and noticed so many people carrying boxes of pizza. So, I figured, why not? They have a fairly decent dining area and a very large selection of pizza, rolls, etc. There was a lot to choose from, but I figured I would stick to regular slices. It just so happened that a pie just came out. We ordered a few slices and were amazed. The crust had a delicious flaky texture that was crunchy. The sauce was fresh and not some food service type sauce in a jar. It was tasty! The cheese was good. It wasn't the cheap blend that many offbeat pizzerias push but it was good mozzarella. The slices were pretty big, too.The man who waited on me was very polite and friendly. He provided excellent service and didn't miss a beat. I actually went back in to get a menu. I intend to order from them in the future. Nice little pizza parlor. Who knew?Vegetarian options: They have a lot of options. You can't go wrong.Kid-friendliness: Lots of tables. Friendly atmosphere.
