Been coming here for years- was really looking foward to the boil I always get. I came here specifically to add the lobster in the boil because I was craving lobster. When I recieved the boil it was very very bland and needed salt. I do not put salt on anything. It had no taste and lacked flavor. The lobster was very bland and not juicy. It was just not good I didn’t even eat the second claw as I did not enjoy it. It was a waste of $46 to add the lobster. I came on a Tuesday and i’m wondering if the chef was different during the week. The appetizers were great (chicken wings) as the reason I gave it 3 stars.

VooDoo, Massapequa. The food was Horrible. I sat in my car for almost an hour waiting for the restaurant to open. What a dissappointment. The first and only time I tried a few items. Ribs, crab fried rice, flounder and fries and jambalaya. Everything tasted awful. The salt was way too much. Doesn't the cook taste the food. If they had, there is no way they would have served that level of salty food, in everything, to the public. What a turnoff, from someone who loves seafood. An extremely dissatisfied customer.

Today was my annual birthday dinner with my family and my little brother. It's both our birthdays so we get to choose where we want to go out to eat with all of us. So I had decided that we should try the New Restaurant Voodoo Crab in Massapequa and let me tell you, it was definitely better than I expected. The food was good, definitely reminds me of hook and reel up in Hicksville or sexy crab in Levittown… Food is definitely comparable and was very good. But What made this experience AMAZING was the impeccable customer service that we received! Lilliana was our waitress and she was wonderful to say the least… If I can give a 10 star rating for service, I would've given them a higher star. But the best part was the owner of the restaurant coming around to make sure everything was well with us. He definitely went above and beyond making sure that we were completely satisfied. And besides singing the regular, happy birthday to us, they surprised us with a couple of free desserts because of our birthdays. Not sure if that's a normal practice but I'd have to save out of the three restaurants mentioned, Voodoo Crab is now my absolute favorite because of the service! If you're looking for a great atmosphere, with great food, very fair pricing, and the best service I've had in a long time… I would highly recommend Voodoo Crab to you! The helpings are definitely bigger than I expected because of the price… Which is a good thing... excellent thing actually… and just overall what a great evening with the family Liliana thank you for making my birthday dinner such a great experience and so much fun, you went above and beyond and Bruce.
