Everything is made to perfection. The staff is awesome. They know me, and what I drink. The place is kept super clean. My suggestion would be more delivery days offered. Maybe a couple hours each day ..
And the new ordering system is not convenient at all. I don't think I would ever place an order thru there. It's too confusing. Just the way it's organized. No I have to search thru the whole inventory or list of items before I get to the one I like ...

I LOVE 3TK Massena! the staff know me and already know exactly what I like, they’re always so friendly and welcoming they make the environment so inviting. If I have any questions or if I’m looking for any advice on what to get they’re very helpful and accommodating. My personal favorite is Just Peachy, which was recommended to me from one of the staff, also the peanut butter balls are delicious! Lit Teas have become a part of my daily routine I highly recommend trying them out!

TLDR: Protein balls and overnight oats are good and okay, respectively. Drink was too sweet and the staff could use some customer service training.
I wasn’t really impressed with the products or customer service. Having never been there, I explained I didn’t really know anything about the product or how to order. The woman taking my order pointed to a board and said “those are the flavors.” I later found out you can add caffeine and collagen to the drinks, but that wasn’t explained when I asked about the product. As I looked at the board, it was difficult to tell what flavors were in which drink (the signs are far away and I couldn’t see the little print of the flavors), so I explained that I don’t like drinks that are too sweet and asked the women working what they would recommend. The woman taking my order deferred to her coworker who just seemed very indifferent, borderline annoyed, to have to deal with my questions. She said the blue raspberry wasn’t that sweet. Trusting that she knew the product, I ordered something called the Ocean Wave. If this is a “not too sweet” option, I’d hate to try their sweet flavors! The sucralose taste was overpowering, but the flavor was just too sweet. I didn’t end up drinking more than a few sips and threw the rest away.
The protein balls had good flavor and texture, the overnight oats weren’t anything special (tasted like what I make at home) but were perfectly fine. I wish the drinks came in multiple sizes, because they were enormous.

I walked in to the Potsdam location and they immediately started talking about how I could lose weight on their shakes and teas, come to find out they are a part of a modern level marketing scam called herba life. Skip the powder teas and go to a local shop and get an all natural tea.
