I went there with my wife and kids and we waited over 45 minutes for cold food and the ice in my cup had something on it. there was this young man running in and out the dining room jumping around like he had no common sense or he was high. the waitress had holes on over her uniform and was rushing us to get out. overall the building is nice but the food and service is awful.

Pasta La Vista with chicken, my all time go to pasta dish. And the hot Italian sub. Steak and cheeses, the wings, the wine. All on point.Kid-friendliness: My kids love playing with the pizza dough and making their own pizza.
The food is so good and worth the 45 min drive from Burke. The waite staff are prompt, friendly, the food comes to you in a decent amount of time even when they are packed, love the booth seating, pricing is very good for amount and quality of food. Thank you.I wish they would come back to Malone, open up in the Plaza by Big Lots or any number of the vacant buildings in Chateaugay.Parking: Open parking, if the lot is full the booths inside could be full too but you can still order to go.Kid-friendliness: All kids get dough to occupy their time while they wait for their food. Let their imagination run wild while they think of what to bake next... :)Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps available into the restaurant, tables with hight allowance for wheelchair to roll up to and comfortably sit with their party.

Do Not Hesitate to call if you have an issue. I ordered a to go meat eaters Because we had it a few weeks ago and it was the best pizza with red sauce I’ve had. I’m not normally a fan of pizza. The pizza wasn’t up to par I called and they delivered a new pizza all the way out in Brasher. I didn’t have to drive back to massena. The replacement pizza is perfect. I also recommend the Calzones they are the best baked calzone around ricotta belongs in a calzone and you don’t see that much around here. Italian affair does them correctly.
Food is always great! Servers are amazing. Seating comfortable and clean. Very Disappointed that they are charging 3% extra to your bill if you pay with a credit card. Not sure if we will return, we have been loyal customers for over 10 years.

Stopped by for dinner tonight . Service was awesome , the restaurant was nice and clean.The food could use improvement .Pizza was a 7/10, good but could by cooked longer so the bottom isn’t saggingPasta -1/10- was more of a tomato soup than a pasta .Wings 3/10- big wings with lots of potential but very soggy, almost like they were just tossed into chef Mike .Will come back, but probably just for the pizza.

Your pizza is awesome!! I was at first Friday in Tarpon Springs Florida and to my great surprise walked up to your food truck and had the best slice of pizza in 40 years of living in FL. Had to go back for more to bring home. Owners are great people, please move to Tarpon Springs full time !!❣️❣️Joyce O'

My friend and I came in today and we were trying to enjoy our meal. The sign says to seat yourself so we did then we were asked to move to another section. That was no big deal, we were sat next to a couple, the other waitress after the couple left looked at our waitress and said “that guy was so mean” after the guy said “my food would be better if…” we didn’t catch what he said but he wasn’t to happy but was still acting politely. Then as we were trying to enjoy our meal the waitress walked by mocking them pretending to be really upset very dramatically then said “they didn’t even leave a good tip” right infront of us. Then we could hear the kitchen staff swearing and getting our waitress Emily to come to the table was so hard she was nowhere to be found. We had to ask the other waitress for things. Then we weren’t offered dessert just given the check while we had just started on our pasta. Very disappointed with this service tonight. Spent $40 for one person
