This place is great, went their on a Saturday night. Had great service from our server Aliyah, was on point. Food was delicious and big dishes. One little thing I had an issue with was the prices on their menu they charge 3% if you have to pay with credit card; should just reflect one price for the entire menu these days barely anyone carries cash.

I never thought I’d be writing a negative review for this restaurant, as we have been loyal customers for over 10 years. There was a time when we were coming at least once a week for lunch or dinner. Unfortunately, the service has declined so badly that we won’t be returning. Last Friday night around 7 PM, my fiancé and I came in for dinner. The dining room was nearly empty, only two other tables seated, while the bar area was busy and actively being served food. We sat at our table for at least 15 minutes without a single person greeting us, offering water, or taking a drink order. We eventually walked out and went elsewhere. This weekend, I decided to give it another chance with some friends. It was Saturday night around 6:30 PM. Everyone deserves a second chance, right? Unfortunately, this experience was even worse. Appetizers came out with no sauces (ranch or marinara), which we had to ask for. Clam chowder was served with no spoon, again, had to ask. A soda was ordered and never brought to the table; someone had to physically get up and ask for it. When dinner was served, everyone’s food came out at different times. A steak was brought without a knife, and by the time one finally arrived, the steak was cold and tough. A meal was missing the salad entirely, and the plating overall was sloppy and unappealing. One guest ordered buffalo chicken sliders that were listed on the specials board. Instead, they brought out a children’s meal of mini cheeseburgers, Kraft mac and cheese, and a juice box, for an adult woman. When we told the server it was incorrect, he went to the kitchen and came back to say that was actually a lunch special and the board hadn’t been changed (but regardless had happily taken the order at the beginning of the encounter and did not question it?). At that point, we had already been there nearly an hour and a half. The guest said she’d just eat her appetizer instead. The server insisted on checking if the kitchen could still make the sliders, then disappeared. The meal was never brought out. About 20 minutes later, the server returned asking if we were ready for the check. The bill included the children’s meal that was brought incorrectly - which was priced at $11.99 for 2 cheeseburger sliders and $9.99 for a cup/side of KRAFT mac and cheese, we were charged $12.99 for cheese curds when the board clearly said $11.99, and it included a credit card surcharge without even asking how we wanted to pay (we were paying cash). We asked to speak to a manager or the owner and were told that those individuals were not present to speak to. I am not someone who leaves bad reviews lightly, especially for a place I’ve supported for over a decade. But the service was disorganized, inattentive, and unacceptable from start to finish. It’s incredibly disappointing to say that this restaurant is no longer what it used to be, and sadly, we won’t be coming back. Getting 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.

Great place to casually sit at the bar and eat. Friendly staff and excellent food. Very diversified crowd. Mix of seniors, 20 somethings, couples on dates, and sports enthusiasts.

Never had a bad meal here. We got our timing wrong as a couple of large groups were seated just before we did. But the service was still good, if a little slow (understandably, no one's fault.)

Excellent little local pub where the atmosphere is grounded, friendly, and comfortable. Service is superb, menus are ample, fairly priced, and foods are delicious with generous portions. The fries are on par along with their burgers. Their nachos are piled higher than those current snow drifts outside this Feb of '25.
