I usually don't like to go out of my way to write bad reviews, but I'm fed up with dealing with the dumb, careless mistakes at dunkin. I don't know if they're underpaying their employees or not but the employees just don't seem to care enough about listening. The drive thru lines are ridiculously long, it's like they serve one person at a time. The past two times now I've specifically asked for light butter or lightly toasted bagel, and almost the opposite is given to me. It'll be darkly toasted with CREAM CHEESE. I know it sounds ridiculous to be bothered by this, but paying for food while having stomach issues and receiving the completely wrong order multiple times is annoying. it's not that hard to just listen to an order and follow through, it wasn't like I was asking for an extravagant order.Anyways, be very clear and specific and check your bags before you leave the drive thru.

Had never been in this location before today. Was with a friend who dad to drop something off to an employee there. I know a small bit of the history and I'm so excited to see what the new management brings to the table.Because I was not a customer by definition, I chose not to rate or review the food. I will be doing so in the future.As for service, again, I was not being 'served' but I observed the team members as they served their patrons. They appear to work well together, the store is clean, bright and the aromas from the 3 stores (Dunkin, KFC & Subway) were aaaamazing?

The majority of the workers are great besides one older, and one younger gentleman, who work the window, that demonstrates they’d rather be doing anything else than that. Mary is amazing!

Stopped in for a couple of iced coffees on 9/6/22 at around 11 am. It was prior to the parade that was about to start on Main Street. There were two workers inside, whom I need to take my hat off to. They were dealing with a line of customers out to the door, along with drive through orders that were non-stop; not to mention mobile orders! Apparently they had 3 workers call in , but they were both courteous, efficient, and soo apologetic to each and every customer waited on there in my presence. I wish i could have remembered their names; hoping by the date and time provided, this can be determined, so that this company can see what valuable staff members they have in these two individuals. Great example of great service that did not go unnoticed!
