I ordered by phone and asked to pick up more than an hour from the time of my call. The person who took my call was very courteous and professional. I picked up at the time I mentioned and went through the drive-thru. My large pepperoni pizza was ready and still warm when I got to my destination. The pizza was perfectly made, and everyone enjoyed it. Great service, good taste.

Pizza was not cooked in the middle. It was take out so didn't know it wasn't cooked in the middle until we got home.
I tried to place an order for carry out on the phone. i was on the phone with them taking my order for over 6 minutes. he said he was has computer issues and after a few minutes he hung up. so, i call back because he had already placed my order and i was just waiting for my total, he answers and says he never spoke to me before. like what okay then i tried to order and he was not cooperating, so i asked for a manager. he literally talked in another language for 2 minutes and then transferred me to massena pizza hut. another guy answered and i explained the situation, how he had hung up on me and the guy said “well miss that’s kind of rude of you, he is across seas”. i couldn’t believe it. i did not order anything and will never again. why are they not answering the phone at pizza hut? why is it someone overseas answering? and how am i rude for him hanging up on me?!

You spend $30 on food and even if it says leave on porch you should at least let someone know it's out there in the middle of winter. Then to have a female employee flapping her lips in the background when I called. Bring back Domino's or Little Ceasar.

A bit run down (washrooms were old and smelly - sink drain problem most likely) but the restaurant and tables are clean. We had a very good experience w the staff. Pan pizza was good and there was a good deal (large for the price of a medium +1$).
