Spanky’s is a great place to grab a quick bite! It has the classic tiny town dinner look to it, and the food was delicious.4/5 because the waitress did forget to bring out a water, but overall the service was pretty good compared to other places.Spent around 16 per person with an appetizer and drinks, prices truly cannot be beat in this economy. Placing order to receiving the food was about 7 minutes, so if you need a quick bite this truly is the place.Highly recommend if you are in the Massena area!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible with a non-steep ramp to enter. Family Diner at its finest. I'm a bit partial being the owners cousin, who took it over from hr Father "Spanky"But my opinions are based on my dining experience not my love for my family! Lol. Whether it's a chsbrgr deluxe w/ fries or fri. haddock + Mac n cheese ,soups or specials or pies ,you can't go wrong with a meal there.

Spreads gossip about former workers, tries to convince people that people are mentally ill for no educated reason.Working here was decent other than being treated like I can't see what's obviously in front of me But if they was the case how could i do the work duh.Stop preying on mental health in general.I'm 100 percent sane and yall act like im not because I use and exercise rights legally and accurately.Yall are power hungry for control tactics.This is in fact defamation of character and does destroy reputation.Think about what you do to people next time before you judge them.

I felt very unwelcome as an indigenous person getting a meal with some family. We waited at least 15 minutes for the waitress (at least 1 of the 3) to ask us what we’d like to drink. Waited another 10 minutes for only 2 of the 3 drinks to be brought. Another 10 minutes for the one they missed. Once we ordered, the food didn’t take that long. However, it wasn’t that great. We got extremely burnt toast, burnt eggs/omelet, half-cooked meat on the french dip, and overall bland food. To top it all off, we got overcharged for removing an ingredient from the omelet and asking for the cheese to be a certain type. Would not recommend to anyone that’s of color, a.k.a not white. You’d get terrible service, bad attitude, and disappointing food. 0.5/10 and that generous.

My son and I went went for breakfast Christmas Eve, service was excellent, we just pancakes and home fries and they were good. It was not very busy so food came super quick. It's only very outdated, not that it's a bad thing! Very very very affordable too!!!!
Unfortunate that we were left waiting for drinks people who came in later got service before us. Over charged for food, charged to take tomatoes off.... Wouldn't recommend.
