Way better than Potsdam. The manager in Potsdam has a chip on her shoulder. I order food here and it's hot, correctly made and delicious. Potsdam is horrible and needs to get trained by this store. Highly recommend and will return because the Potsdam store is crap.

So this is the second time in as many days that I went thru the drive thru and ordered my food including a large drink. Last time the drinks were not full. Today, all three of our drinks were not filled. Mine was an inch from the top of the cup. I think they just cap it before the fizz goes down. At least give a full cup. Taco Bell has raised their prices like everyone else. They shouldn’t short change their costumers in the process.

I don't like lettuce so I ask for no lettuce. I go to get replacement luxe boxes because of the lettuce being on my food and surprise surprise there was lettuce on the replacement food. Then has the audacity to make it seem like it's my fault there was lettuce on the food! Sadly I am done eating here.

My order is not right again. I ordered a cheese roll up with jalapeño sauce and the sauce wasn't on there. This is the 3rd or 4th time that has happened and I get charged extra for it. I don't usually eat here and when I do this is usually what happens. I have had things missing and had to drive 20 minutes back to get the food that's missing. I don't check my order before I leave there but now I'm going to.
