One of the better burgers around! Very good food even better service. Nice atmosphere (props to the decorators).
We felt right at home with Ma and the kids! Highly recommend This cozy restaurant has left the best impression despite reading some of the reviews before going. So glad we took the chance! We had the most sweetest waitress and the owner even came over to ask us our preference of music. The food was outstanding my husband had the turkey sandwich with cranberry on the side and I had a honey mustard grilled chicken wrap. We both had the homemade chips that were outstanding and brought memories of our grandmothers' cooking. We are looking forward to returning next year around the same time!
Great food, great folks, great atmosphere. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great tasting hearty meal. The owner said “you won’t leave hungry” and he means it. Very filling.
A delightful family restaurant that just opened in March 2022. Railroad decor is charming, however, the menu is the real star! With a nice variety of selections, you can have wraps, sandwiches, burgers or a full dinner. Friendly and efficient staff and a fully stocked bar for the adults. All Aboard!! ??️?
Since not being familiar with Massena restaurants, I asked our friends to select a nice restaurant with good food. They selected the Station. We were not disappointed! The staff served delicious food, along with exceptional and friendly service. The BLT, according to my husband, was the best he ever had at a restaurant. No skimping on the bacon either on this sandwich.I had the day's special: a fish sandwich and also ordered a side of onion rings The fish was not over or undercooked...juicy and crispy served on a fresh roll. The onions rings were crispy and not overdone. Also, the restaurant cook came out and just had to entice us with homemade fish chowder and chocolate cake. Well, one us in the group just had to succumb to the fish chowder and cake. The piece of cake was tasted by all.I highly recommend this restaurant and plan on returning there when I visit Massena again. I hope those in the Massena area patronize this welcoming restaurant with tasty food.
The food was delicious and the portions were huge. Service was excellent. Will definitely go again.
Awesome Awesome Awesome, love the steak and cheese sub, and the wraps are loaded with chicken. By far better than anyone else’s. Definitely won’t leave here hungry.
Awesome burgers, not frozen From a box, steak tips are second to none. Very clean, and we’ll decorated. Friendly staff, and the owners were extremely funny and friendly. Would highly recommend to all. Family friendly atmosphere, and definitely will be taking my family back soon.
Great home cooked meals, great atmosphere with nice real antique trail car for a front bar room. Bar can sit 6, with 2 high top tables! As well as a dinning room! Music is playing while you eat to enjoy yourself! Family friendly, just very friendly in general!
Amazing food and great service!

Friendly Good Service
Good choices from the menu and the food tasted delicious. However, it took a really long time for our food to be ready especially given the lack of people. Also, we ate our entire meal and even cleaned up after ourselves and got our coats on all without the waitress checking on us. If she's brand new at this, she shouldn't be covering a lunch entirely by herself. That being said, everyone was very kind and pleasant the atmosphere was nice and the food tasted good.
Ate dinner there tonight at the station. My family and I were very dissatisfied with our food. The homemade potato chips we're cold. We assumed they would be hot. The fries were cold also. The grande nacho plate was tasty but very salty. The baked potatoes we're old. We could tell they were left over potatoes. They were very dark. The waitress was very friendly. Talked to the owner afterwards, to talk about our meal.she wasnot pleasant.
Went for lunch: mushroom swiss burger ($10.95), BLT panini($9.95) & loaded fries ($8.95). The burger, ordered med rare, was well done and just enough cheese to hold the mushrooms on. My guest said the panini was light; 1 lettuce leaf, 2 thin tomato slices but the bacon was nice & crispy. He left hungry. We both agreed the loaded fries were undercooked - needed just 1-2 minutes more. The topping was a queso cheese sauce, much like cheese whiz or velveeta, 100% better with a ton of ketchup but just as unappealing as any processed cheese food could be. The menu said melted cheese which, I guess, technically it was. At least the bacon was crispy. The homemade chips were soggy for him but mine were fine. We had hoped for better considering the prices. Only beef burgers, no fish except on fridays, no turkey, ham, veggie or pork burger options but lots of chicken sandwiches - no clubs though. Unfortunately my guest does not eat beef so was limited. Unlikely we'll go back.
My granddaughter ordered the Swiss mushroom burger but there wasn't one mushroom on her burger.. She raised her bun up to put ketchup on her burger and found no mushrooms. They advertise apple pie and had none yet still had it posted in their chalkboard sign on the counter. Another customer wanted pie and heard me ask so he goes I heard you have no pie.
