Tim Hortons Massena location is awesome. Food is always fresh. Variety of choices are great and prices are reasonable. Above all, the staff are welcoming, courteous & attentive.
Hands down complete leagues above Dunkin. They put our coffee shop chains to shame. The fact that Tim Hortons and Lame Bucks exist in the same hemisphere and it’s not a grand cosmic joke seems beyond me.
My wife’s family always says how good the food and drinks are here and they were right!! We came up to visit from Atlanta and definitely need one down here and not just Dunkin and Starbucks. We will definitely be coming back next time.
