Had two issues in last week. On Wed 3/4/20 we were second group in line when with no explanation, the workers turned off the lights and walked away from the counter. It was exactly 7pm, and apparently they close regardless of customers in line. Then today we were in the mall for soccer, and my daughter had only 30 minutes off the field in a 4 hour tournament. We ordered food, and drinks with no ice so she could drink it quickly. They filled both glasses less then half full. We will be going to Taco Bell om any future visits to that mall.

I just came from the mall in Massena , with my grandchildren. The girl who is supposed to be helping, was annoyed that we were even there. She was not helpful or friendly. I just left. I was so disappointed. We know not to go to this location.

Stopped to eat at the Shopping Mall in Massena. There's nothing left there and this was one of two options! Took 15 min. to get served in a fast food restaurant...this is bad business!
