Worst chicken ever I get a sesame chicken and it’s rock like it was in the frier for over 25 min and they put soo much sauce it’s like I’m drinking it they might as well call it a sauce shake with chicken

I only order from China Star in my neighborhood.I ordered today and had it delivered due to my toddler napping. I ordered online, when I received it- one item was incorrect. After calling they explained how they make it differently (it was chow mein- they use cabbage not noodles) and they were so pleasant and delivered a replacement. And the food was delicious!

I recently moved here finding food like home is blah: this is the best place in the area I have had: food be delicious and when I had a special request for something they did it and it didn't fail. I usually order delivery but went in one time and customer service was just as good from the young men at the counter: my favorite spot in mastic this far. Thanks

Food was mediocre and gave me the runs 2hrs after consuming this. (I havent eaten all day prior to this)
Also i was told the price was $16 total but today they changed it to $20. (Was alerted by my bank)
Kinda hard to believe that your store is good when you actually are on mastic road closer than Domino's and you can't deliver out towards smiths point, what good is this place if you don't deliver locally no wonder your stars are low

Never again, I will order from these people again the rice is burnt. I never received my extra rice I called them they didn’t solve the problem at all so this is my last time I’m ordering from them. This is the first time I ever ate that food and I would never eat it again.
