The best meal I've had in a while. I had the brisket sandwich and when I thought it couldn't get any better I tried the macaroni salad- and I was full, but I tried the homemade chips and had to eat them all. This was a great meal. Perfect for takeout.

I visited Smoke Shack two nights ago. My husband ordered the burger, and I had the rib platter. However, every component of the platter was served on separate plates, which made the dining experience a bit inconvenient. I noticed that the ribs had an unusual taste and stopped eating after one rib. I initially thought it might be due to the seasoning not being to my taste but I ended up feeling unwell that night and I’ve been experiencing food poisoning since dining there.
I am concerned about the safety and handling procedures at the restaurant, and I feel it may be necessary to report this to the Board of Health. Beware before eating here as the staff seem to have a laissez-faire attitude about their customers health.

Female staff member behind the counter was not friendly and came off with an attitude. The food was NOT good. Although the baked potato was ok, the cheeseburger was bland with a stale bun, the French fries were soggy, the ribs were tough and had a weird taste that made my stomach upset an hour later. The beans tasted like they came out of a can. I ordered a platter, but each item came on separate plates, why call it a platter? I wouldn’t recommend this place. This place won’t last unfortunately, an empty BBQ restaurant is a sign that the food is not good.

I feel like I went to Texas and came back to Long Island to eat it. The burger i had was the rodeo burger it was full of flavor got extra bbq sauce, the homemade potato chips i cant with that they were amazing, the macaroni salad completely finished the dish. I only wish there were more chips but hey small battles lol
