I don't know why I have given this place so many chances but today was the last. I ordered a single burger and tater tots. The tater tots smelled rotten and tasted like soap. The burger was so overcooked that it was completely dry and tasteless. I've ordered here more than five times (once on their website, all others on DoorDash) and there were issues every time. Ironically, the worst experience was when I ordered on their website and picked it up myself. I waited over an hour and then the food was given to me cold. Several times I have received incorrect orders. Sometimes items are completely missing. This place is a disaster. Save your money.

AWFUL, DISGUSTING, RAW CHICKEN is what received! My son ate the chicken sandwich, and it was raw! I hope he does not get sick.We will NEVER go to this dump again!

I too can't figure out why we kept trying with this place. We ordered last night and everything was ok (just ok ), the burger was a little undercooked, but the crispy chicken sandwich I ordered was so dry and burned it wasn't able to be eaten. The coating was so dark and the chicken was so dry. Awful!

Very watery milkshakes, to the point where management even instructed the staff to remake it. Only one shake was remade, and it was still watery. No straws were given. Burgers weren’t labeled. The difference between the two burgers ordered was that one had Mayo, and one didn’t. But we couldn’t tell until we took the burgers apart to check. Had to put the burgers in the microwave before eating. (no door dash or Uber eats was used)

my burger was not good. i got the single burger with guac on it and i barley ate it. its usually not an issue if its not cooked all the way for me, but something about it was no good. The lady at the front desk was super sweet, but they need more staff. we wanted açaí bowls and they closed early due to not having enough staff.

Wish I'd read the reviews first.Guav burger had no guac or bacon. Had to show the manager my burger before he believed me. Do not recommend.

Ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad and got this for $9. I could’ve got the same at taco bell for $1.

Horrible… EVERY. SINGLE. TIME my husband and I order, complete meals are missing. No lie, I’ve ordered the GRILLED CHEESE kids meal 6+ times and EVERY single time the sandwich has been different, wether on different bread, upside down hamburgers buns, 1 right side up & one upside down bun, 1 slice of cheese, 3 slices of cheese …. Try to call this place lol NO ONE ANSWERS …EVER! So your forced to order thru door dash etc. and deal with missing/wrong food. I’ve never in my life experienced such a disaster of an establishment… how are they still in business??? How about we get a chic-fil-a in Mastic Beach, now that place rocks!!

This is how my burger looked ? no French fries were delivered, which I paid for also no Bacon on my burger which I was charged extra For. Every time I order it’s always something! But now this will be the last time… I tried. Oh then I call and get no answer… a waste of money!!
