This hole in the wall Dunkin Donuts in Mastic Suffolk county is amazing. Its spotless, fresh food, and the 2 men, Matthew and Marco, working behind the counter are second to none, complete gentlemen who take their jobs very serious. They explained all the different drinks and the Caramel Frappe they recommened was out of this world
I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I used to come to This is Dunkin’ Donuts most of the time and we used to enjoy it but the manager over there was very racist with the redhead and very disrespectful calling us racist when she was trying to attack us first hopefully yeah I don’t have to go through that. Enjoy your day.

I rarely leave reviews, but I I had one of the most frustrating experiences at this Dunkin. The wait was already way too long, but when it was finally my turn, things got even worse. I ordered a latte with cold foam, something I’ve gotten at plenty of other Dunkin’ locations on Long Island with zero issues. The staff told me they “couldn’t” add cold foam because it would melt. I explained that I actually prefer it that way because it adds just a touch of sweetness without needing syrup. Even after I made it clear I didn’t mind, they still refused and said “Dunkin standards” don’t allow cold foam on hot drinks. If I’m paying for my drink (and paying extra for the cold form), it really shouldn’t turn into a debate about how I want it made, especially when every other Dunkin’ has no problem doing it the exact same way. At that point, I felt like I was arguing over something I order all the time, so I just walked out. If a chain can make a drink one way everywhere else, it shouldn’t become an issue at this one location.
I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be letting others know about this experience.

Wouldn't take cash and didnt make my milk shake right ,tasted like water was put instead of milk. my wifes sandwich was made right.If they took cash wouldve had a tip for them.

I wasn’t going to write this review but I feel so frustrated almost every single time I come here unless I place a mobile order and DO NOT need to talk to any of the staff.. There are 3 different occasions that I have come in here and I have had something happen with my order and every time I am shown disrespect, attitudes and no apologies. It’s crazy to me that if I am voicing I am upset because something isn’t right with my order I am gaslit and made like I’m the problem? The first time I was told they couldn’t cut and put cream cheese on my bagel twist… I have been to other locations and they ALWAYS cut, toast, and put CC on my bagel twist. Okay fine, I accepted it. The second time I had a wrong order and voiced that I can’t have whole milk and needed almond milk, where the response was “well you didn’t do that on the app” with an attitude, never said I wouldn’t pay for the change but again very disrespectful. Fast forward to this morning, I decided to come in instead of using the mobile app (big mistake). The women at the register took my order and it was fine. I explicitly said “this QR code is for my free hash browns” and she scanned it. Then I said “this QR code is for my dunkin rewards and pay with app”… I wait a few minutes and get my coffee only to be told my hash-browns weren’t on my order. Now I was completely taken back because I knew that I gave her that QR code to scan. Now I’m not mad about that, it’s how it was handled. I was blamed and told basically that it was my fault that it wasn’t scanned in and the women at the register denied I showed her the QR code. The women I was speaking to was hostile, blaming me, and not once apologized and tried to fix the problem appropriately. She tried just putting it on me and said I didn’t give the women the QR code. It’s not that difficult to do and I know for a fact I showed her TWO DIFFERENT QR CODES. She took the side of her worker who denied that she scanned it, which ok fine if she didn’t hear what I said, ask me to repeat myself! Not only did I leave there upset but I feel disrespected and will rather go out of my commute to work to go to another location. Do better.

Danielle is very rude and her employees are the same way. I didnt write a review for any of my other orders but this one really ticked me off. This is the 2nd time they gave me spoiled milk in my coffee and i threw up both times. I just wanted a refund but she gave me another coffee but I didnt drink it because i was nauseous from the spoiled one. I just spoke to her on the phone and said i want a refund and I dont ever want to go to her store again because they always mess up my order and she told me good we dont want you here anyway!
Dont go there its terrible. Even the employees are either high or nasty. I hope this place gets shut down.

Update: manager Danielle just called me again after I spoke to customer service weeks ago telling them I dont want to speak to her. I told her Im ill and dont want to yell and she was making me very uncomfortable. I just want my refund and she just kept yelling on the phone saying I took the drink but I threw it out because I dont trust anything from that store. Disgusting woman. Dont give this place your time or money. The only civil one there is Samantha.
